RE: Trespassers... - ada - 04-11-2016 It's kind of difficult replying when you're inside the box of rules which the universe does not recognize. The only difference between us at this current moment is that we do not fail to see the creator. I send love to you. RE: Trespassers... - Spaced - 04-11-2016 Grow up GreatSpirit. Live up to your name, learn to forgive someone for the dastardly act of walking on land you consider to belong to you, no matter the colour of their skin. You can do it, I believe in you. Oh God I'm such a bad person for telling someone, who just happened to be black to stay off of my property. I have so much growing up to do. I'll get right on that! HOW DARE I REFUSE PASSAGE BECAUSE OF LAZINESS!! ![]() RE: Trespassers... - im_not_me - 04-11-2016 It is not about their laziness or their problems. That is for them to work through, not you. Don't make their problem your problem. Try to understand why you are angry and offended and try to find how you can love them instead. That is what is important. Love is what is important. Will you take this lesson and love yourself more or love them more? Even if they don't deserve it, isn't being a service to others a duty regardless? RE: Trespassers... - Glow - 04-11-2016 I can give you an alternative way such a thing was viewed. About 5 years ago I was renting a house on a farm. You had to come purposely about 300 meters off the road to get near the house and nothing was behind it anyone needed to get to. One day I'm approaching the front of the house from working in the garden and out from the back of my house walks the guy with a samurai sword. Knowing the doors were unlocked and an elderly 84 year old was alone in the house I was really really not pleased to see guy walking within 2' of my house along the side wall. Hell there are acres if you don't want to be seen there was no reason for a man with a sword to be so close to my house. Still my thoughts didn't turn to judgement they turned to. What is he doing near my unlocked house with a sword? and I all 120lb of girl got ready to stop him and make sure no one had been sliced up because I left an elderly woman in an unlocked house while I gardened outside. I asked him where he was going, he planned to continue through the horse fields with a sword and no that wasn't going to happen. Only because one of two things would happen he would get hurt or he maybe would use the sword on a horse. I couldn't be sure. I insisted he go along the road because not knowing him he couldn't go through a horse field with a 4' sword. Honestly after talking to him I wasn't exactly comfortable with him but I could tell he hadn't just sliced up any grannies so at that point I wished him well. Still thought the sword was weird. Turns out later that night the police had the road blocked off and we're looking for him.he had apparently tried to kill his father with his sword that day. Having only spoken to him for a few moments I can assure you there was no evil there. Not sweet or gentle but no evil. If he stabbed his father I know it was not of evil but perhaps some mental illness, or traumatic issue not healed. I sincerely worried for him after that hopefully someone who loved him got to him before anything got worse. Now I'm not saying I am any better than you just illustrating a different thought process and yet I was not walked on. I don't think my response was impractical. I sincerely hope to never see him with a sword ever again but I'm pretty sure he understood that by me standing my ground, yet I felt much compassion for him and no judgement. Just another way things could play out. I dint truely think the trespassing was the issue but your hostility for a persieved slight. You I assume want to be STO I think that is why everyone is trying to be clear. We aren't here to talk to the guy in your storey only you are here so really only your reaction matters. Well in this case growing up could mean to seek to balance your apparent distortions in regards to this matter, find the opposite emotions of what you felt for that individual. A lot of people seem to think this process is to give it to the other and lose something yourself. When in fact the other gains nothing from it, except perhaps to not get unpleasant vibes from an other self. You get to remove chains from upon yourself that restrain your potential and disturb your inner balance and peacefulness you could have. I am not entirely sure what your thread was seeking. This is a LOO forum and as such it could be expected that fellow members are much more likely to find the idea of separation and private property petty, especially when no harm whatsoever was done to yourself. RE: Trespassers... - Nicholas - 04-12-2016 That is a very creative way to put it. Another member who was once prolific among us once changed their signature and it appeared as a form of dogma and separation to others. They also displayed such apparent qualities of energy and self expression, but because of the way in which they approached certain topics, it proved challenging to remain balanced (at least to me!). Being more sensitive to the way in which others express themselves has revealed itself to be more than just a seasonal topic for me. My guess is that it requires more catalyst/experience to fully appreciate where exactly the acute balance lies. But just to reiterate, "We're all cool here!" RE: Trespassers... - Raz - 04-13-2016 I find it fascinating how much self conflict and confusion there is in this experience. it´s a little like watching a movie (written by one writer) and forgetting that all the friction between the characters is originating from the same source, as in one consciousnesses experiencing itself subjectively. Talking about it is a little like braking the 4th wall. Oh, did I forget that we are movie stars for a moment? Did we get lost in our characters again? What is our immediate motivation in this situation? is it ok to brake the 4th wall and connect with the audience aspect? RE: Trespassers... - Minyatur - 04-13-2016 Our experience is kinda like playing The Game. Each time you remember you are the OIC and are all of the things around you (playing the game of yourself), you lost the game. Rules: 1. Everyone in the world is playing The Game. (obviously as there's one player) 2. Whenever one thinks about The Game, one loses. 3. Losses must be announced So is it ok to break the 4th wall? It's not only ok but is also part of the rules to do so. I am the OIC and I lost thanks to you raz. RE: Trespassers... - Raz - 04-13-2016 LOL ![]() Well.. In this point of view the game is obviously not about loosing or wining, just diverse novel experiencing with a never ending deepening. RE: Trespassers... - Matt1 - 04-13-2016 I can understand the need to feel safe on ones property. If it is privately owned then only the owner or those welcomed by him should be allowed onto the property in my opinion. Having people you do not know running or walking through your Garden can be distressing i am sure. That being said i don't believe it is justification for racial behavior. I think trespassing is a matter for the civil authority in your local area. Now if i am to look at this from a more spiritual side, i could say that nobody can really own land of the Earth and the individual doesn't sound like he was doing any harm, simply using it as a short cut to get to a desired location. In order to balance such an issue, i would simply let it go for the time being and if the event happens often again in the future, i would express concern to the local authorities and see if something can be done about it. Beyond that i don't see any possible logically outcome. |
