RE: How do you heal the energy centers? - sillypumpkins - 04-17-2020 agreed flo. there is foundational work to be done before tackling that big picture stuff.... if you go straight to the spiritual work without a proper foundation... well.... it's like building a house without a proper foundation... it's bound to collapse at some point so, sun, imo if an individual is grounded and has a strong foundation, I think a therapist who works with spirituality (i dont really know what that would look like but anyways) would be beneficial in theory... but like flo said, it depends on the person RE: How do you heal the energy centers? - rinzler - 04-18-2020 I've been meditating and I keep going up against a blockade. It starts to physically hurt in my chest and it gets worse and worse until it is unbearable and I simply stop. Usually I get angry afterwards and let the anger out. Is that a good thing? Should I keep going like this? Unfourtnately I can't see a therapist right now-It's just not possible. I can't focus long enough to do other tasks like reading. I usually just watch tv shows and stuff like that to keep me distracted. If I don't do that I end up extremely depressed. I used to bust blockages, but allowing is more like accepting grace to help do the work for you. Bashar has said "let go, let go, let go" RE: How do you heal the energy centers? - ostatni dan - 04-18-2020 hello everyone, i have a question about a balanced energy centers and how it should manifest in daily situations through working with catalysts. quote by Ra: ,,To the truly balanced entity no situation would be emotionally charged. With this understood, we may say the following: The repression of emotions depolarizes the entity in so far as it then chooses not to use the catalytic action of the space/time present in a spontaneous manner, thus dimming the energy centers. There is, however, some polarization towards positive if the cause of this repression is consideration for other-selves. The entity which has worked long enough with the catalyst to be able to feel the catalyst but not find it necessary to express reactions is not yet balanced but suffers no depolarization due to the transparency of its experiential continuum. Thus the gradual increase in the ability to observe one’s reaction and to know the self will bring the self ever closer to a true balance. Patience is requested and suggested, for the catalyst is intense upon your plane and its use must be appreciated over a period of consistent learn/teaching.'' so, a catalyst makes me angry, and when it happens i know in real time that it was my catalyst and it is making me angry atm. But what should i do with it from this point - feel the anger on the inside (do not supress it) but try not to act it out? And by doing this, observing my reactions in daily situations i will slowly start to let go of the negative ones? so to make it more simple: feeling reaction to catalyst on the inside -> observing it, feeling it but not acting it out -> slowly letting go of negative reaction RE: How do you heal the energy centers? - sillypumpkins - 04-18-2020 Thanks for the thoughts agua!! I was confused at what a "spiritual therapist" would even look like so my response is likely a little confused... I think the general idea in which i was speaking of pertains to the idea that i dont believe it's particularly fruitful for an individual to be engaging in "heavy" spiritual practices such as overly-intensive meditation, or perhaps something like kundalini practices, without having proper groundwork. thats mostly what I was getting at with the "foundational" comment. it seems like I inappropriately applied this understanding to the discussion at hand without thinking a little bit (oopsie) with that being said, i am simply speaking from my own experience. i do believe that if an individual isn't actively engaging in the physical, or mental, and dives straight into meditating for 2-3 hours a day (which was my case) without tending to their physical and mental health, it will ultimately make things a tad more difficult. but hey, that was a part of my path and im sure others have similar turns as well. i don't look at it as a mistake, or the "wrong" way.... just wanting to encourage some balance I suppose I do hear what youre saying and you have given me something to think about though, so thanks for that ![]() RE: How do you heal the energy centers? - Diana - 04-18-2020 @ Agua—Your wisdom, work, and experiences you share are a gift here. What Ra said is that if your choice to not act out is based on consideration of other selves, it is slightly positively polarizing. When you are angry you can choose to hurt what made you angry, or you can choose to change the situation or thing which are making you angry, or you can choose to change yourself, or you can repress it. Many good changes have been made to our systems in daily life after someone was made angry or upset. If you get mad because someone like pineapple pizza, then YOU need to change. If you change your beliefs that were causing that reaction, you effectively used that catalyst. Bottom line is that the spontaneous use of catalyst can be done in a positive way even when the catalyst is negative, such as anger. RE: How do you heal the energy centers? - Black Dragon - 04-18-2020 Alright, so I'm in the same boat, or perhaps a little further along...that phase of healing that doesn't really look like healing, where all the crap comes out-where I remember and basically re-experience the situations and emotions that caused some of the original blockages, but its just like feeling the hurt and overwhelm of all these problems again, but no solution. How does one move forward from that point and get past it, rather than repressing this fresh tide of blistering BULLSHIT and moving once more into distraction and repression? Yeah, facing it is step one, but how to actually process it and get through it is a different story. What can I do from that point forward? The weather is s*** right now, annoying winds all day, otherwise I'd be spending more time in my back yard chillin' and across the street in the desert lot flying RC planes with fresh air and nature. I'll be sure to do so though when the wind clears up a bit. I should probably stretch and work on my posture, I'm all...I guess tensed up and rigid and armored all the time. I have a good general understanding of how the chakras work, but that in and of itself, as has been stated on this thread, is not proving particularly useful. What are some things I can do with my situation? Any advice is much appreciated. RE: How do you heal the energy centers? - ostatni dan - 04-19-2020 Agua, Dtris - thank you for the responses, i guess reaction being appropriate to the type of situation is what i was missing. But lets take it a step further taking into account that we are here to shed the love on society and help the world in moving into 4th density. Doesnt this imply - taking Jesus as an example - that shifting our reactions to love and understanding in EVERY situation is the way we should aspire to be? So literally moving from yellow energy center to being grounded in green energy. I have recently used EFT for this type of work and it has been very helpful, so that is a modality you can look into. It is something you can do on your own as well. Something else I have done in the past is to intentionally bring up something that hurt me emotionally, and try my best in that moment to forgive myself and whoever else was involved. This has also been pretty helpful. Lastly I try to see what lessons are contained in the things that come up that I may have missed, or maybe got but slowly stopped heeding. Especially if there is a repeating pattern. So literally moving from yellow energy center to being grounded in green energy. If you aspire to be a holy man, then yes. Those who are not wanderer's are here to make The Choice. They just need to pass. There is no need to be as Holy as Jesus to make the grade. That doesn't mean we shouldn't try to be more loving in every situation. The problem is we have a very distorted concept of love, which is different from what Ra meant. The most we can do is to try to see everyone and everything as the creator, and treat everyone like you would treat yourself. When you fail to do this you should forgive yourself and keep trying. RE: How do you heal the energy centers? - AnthroHeart - 04-19-2020 Thank you Dtris. What you said was very practical and brought forth with such love. Thank you. Reminds me what my teacher said about the Fool archetype: None is closer to god, for nobody else has the same luxury of innocence and novelty as a fool. I then recalled history's greatest fool: Socrates. "All I know is that I know nothing" I was told that is an important first step in the right direction hehe. Ra himself says it is essential to understand that one does not understand.
