throw off the yoke

throw off the yoke,'
this is no joke.
time to speak up
and live your truth
wear your heart on your sleeve
trust and believe
freedom cries out
its children hear
our hearts cry out
free of fear
the time is now
stand up and fight
after the darkness
comes the light

Heart

fear is of the future
guilt is of the past

love is of the moment
the one thing that does last

time is a creation
of our thinking mind

in between each thought
the timeless you will find

bring hope to the future
forgive past mistakes

to enter this pure moment
stop and use your breaks

here is where it happens
this is the point of power

now is the fertile ground
from which all seeds do flower

RE: Poetry - norral - 03-17-2013

very nice mikey. its funny but i was just thinking what is love. love is actually being in the moment, giving your full attention to right NOW. so being in the moment is being love imho

i will chant my way to freedom

i will chant my way to freedom
and when i am free i will return
and will dedicate my energies to helping my fellow man
so that they can also be free
is there any better way to live than to live bravely and to live for others.
i think not

norral Heart

i dont fear

i dont fear death
if death rushes to greet me i run to embrace it
take me in your sweet arms my beloved
the time is now
and there never was a better time for dying
or for living

Hi, norral. That you see and care so deeply is in itself a great service.

Quote:81.33 Questioner: Actually, I don’t have much more on this except to make the assumption that there must have been some type of communication throughout the octave so that, when the first experiment became effective, knowledge of this spread rapidly through the octave and was picked up by other budding galactic spirals, you might say. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. To be aware of the nature of this communication is to be aware of the nature of the Logos. Much of what you call creation has never separated from the One Logos of this octave and resides within the One Infinite Creator. Communication in such an environment is the communication of cells of the body. That which is learned by one is known to all. The sub-Logoi, then, have been in the position of refining the discoveries of what might be called the earlier sub-Logoi. May we ask if we may answer any brief queries at this working?

As you writhe in agony and vicarious sense of unjust (also, unbearable and unacceptable) pain, you are sending a signal (or learning) to the universe through your intense emotion, I believe. The universe is learning the pain of such conditions through you, in a way, I believe. In your intense pain, you are acting as a conscience keeper of the One Infinite Creator, apart from being a witness for the creator of its creation, I believe.

Much love, dear friend, and thanks for caring so much Heart

A Blessing for Equilibrium - haqiqu - 03-27-2013

A Blessing for Equilibrium

Like the joy of the sea coming home to shore,
May the music of laughter break through your soul.

As the wind wants to make everything dance,
May your gravity be lightened by grace.

Like the freedom of the monastery bell,
May clarity of mind make your eyes smile.

As water takes whatever shape it is in,
So free may you be about who you become.

As silence smiles on the other side of what's said,
May a sense of irony give you perspective.

As time remains free of all that it frames,
May fear or worry never put you in chains.

May your prayer of listening deepen enough
To hear in the distance the laughter of God.

mother and child

this is a story of mother and child
they were seeking mercy mild
yes they came from south of the border
they were snagged by law and order
abandoned there upon the trail
their chances quickly started to fail
the little girl couldnt breathe
mommy help me help me please
just two more who we DONT see
living here in the land of the free
dont pay me any attention
this is all my own invention
yeah im just a voice in the wild
singing a song of mother and child

RE: Poetry - norral - 04-07-2013

the child

the child had been told repeatedly " daddy loves u , he loves u "
and she had waited patiently for dad to show up
but dad never did
and so the child grew from a toddler to a young child
to an adolescent and a teenager
always being told the same thing
dad loves u, he'll be home any day now
but dad never showed up.
at some point the child stopped waiting
promises only last for so long
and unfulfilled they lose their signifigance
at first the child had felt abandoned
and then after a while as the child grew into a young woman
she didnt care anymore
if dad doesnt love me i will love myself
and she did
she loved herself and she didnt care what anyone thought of her
or what the dad who never showed up thought of her
because promises only last for so long
they come with expiration dates

Any Morning - haqiqu - 04-10-2013

Any Morning

Just lying on the couch and being happy.
Only humming a little, the quiet sound in the head.
Trouble is busy elsewhere at the moment, it has
so much to do in the world.

People who might judge are mostly asleep; they can't
monitor you all the time, and sometimes they forget.
When dawn flows over the hedge you can
get up and act busy.

Little corners like this, pieces of Heaven
left lying around, can be picked up and saved.
People wont even see that you have them,
they are so light and easy to hide.

Later in the day you can act like the others.
You can shake your head. You can frown.

Not a poem but a good quote..it describes the seeking process.

If you don’t know the kind of person I am
And I don’t know the kind of person you are
A pattern that others made may prevail in the world
And following the wrong god home we may miss our star

when i speak to others

when i speak to others
i am looking inside my brothers
in the words they speak
the vibrations what i seek
of love and brotherhood
something unspoken but understood
gentleness of soul
has always been my goal
do i hear an echo
vibrations coming back to me
lack of judgement
embracing words
these are what i look for
in the voices i have heard

meeting here on common ground

meeting here on common ground
humans hearkening to the sound
voices speaking in the night
we are seeking now the light
take off your armor bare your soul
god has called us to be whole
mysteries within us do abound
hearken to the sacred sound
love is here and peace and hope
what is happening now is just no joke
join in the party waters fine
now is called the loving time

Heart

i'm bathing in the after glow
love is all i care to know

heart chakra open like never before
nothing left to do but smile and soar

i feel so thankful
i truly feel blessed

the search is over
my spirit is at rest

seeking with the mini-mind
is just like being blind

only from the heart
will one be able to find

one's safety does not lie
in holding on but letting go

it is in deep surrender
that one makes space to grow

What is purpose?

Love.

RE: Poetry - Hototo - 04-18-2013

One person feeling love for one person is like a speck of dust compared to the stars in the sky.

But the stars themselves revolve around that one person feeling love for that one person.

Heart

it doesn't matter what you do
as long as it's done from the heart

not knowing what comes next in life
my friend is the best part

it's all about the mystery
what's life without surprise?

imagine if each morning
was the same exact sunrise

beautiful is variety
it's the hallmark of creation

from the womb of infinity
arises all manifestation

your uniqueness is your gift
share your quirks and feel bliss

between Inti and Pachamama
human beings are the kiss

thank u brother mikey. Heart u man

stationed here on planet earth

stationed here on planet earth
oh so far from our place of birth
oftentimes we feel alone
this is not my spirits home
task assigned ships in gear
u are going down to planet fear
your job is just to be a light'
and to scatter darkest night
so we came little did we know
all the things thru which we would go
our hearts been pulled and broken and tugged
many times we need a hug
but compass needle heaven ward bound
we can hear the soundless sound
gathering of wanderers in the fields
we are here to love and feel

Oh soul,
you worry too much.
You have seen your own strength.
You have seen your own beauty.
You have seen your golden wings.
Of anything less,
why do you worry?
You are in truth
the soul, of the soul, of the soul.

Babylon - haqiqu - 04-20-2013

The child alone a poet is:
Spring and Fairyland are his.
Truth and Reason show but dim,
And all’s poetry with him.
Rhyme and music flow in plenty
For the lad of one-and-twenty,
But Spring for him is no more now
Than daisies to a munching cow;
Just a cheery pleasant season,
Daisy buds to live at ease on.
He’s forgotten how he smiled
And shrieked at snowdrops when a child,
Or wept one evening secretly
For April’s glorious misery.
Wisdom made him old and wary
Banishing the Lords of Faery.
Wisdom made a breach and battered
Babylon to bits: she scattered
To the hedges and ditches
All our nursery gnomes and witches.
Lob and Puck, poor frantic elves,
Drag their treasures from the shelves.
Jack the Giant-killer’s gone,
Mother Goose and Oberon,
Bluebeard and King Solomon.
Robin, and Red Riding Hood
Take together to the wood,
And Sir Galahad lies hid
In a cave with Captain Kidd.
None of all the magic hosts,
None remain but a few ghosts
Of timorous heart, to linger on
Weeping for lost Babylon.

In Praise of the Earth - haqiqu - 04-22-2013

In Praise of the Earth

Let us bless
The imagination of the Earth.
That knew early the patience
To harness the mind of time,
Waited for the seas to warm,
Ready to welcome the emergence
Of things dreaming of voyaging
Among the stillness of land.

And how light knew to nurse
The growth until the face of the Earth
Brightened beneath a vision of color.

When the ages of ice came
And sealed the Earth inside
An endless coma of cold,
The heart of the Earth held hope,
Storing fragments of memory,
Ready for the return of the sun.

Let us thank the Earth
That offers ground for home
And holds our feet firm
To walk in space open
To infinite galaxies.

Let us salute the silence
And certainty of mountains:
Their sublime stillness,
Their dream-filled hearts.

The wonder of a garden
Trusting the first warmth of spring
Until its black infinity of cells
Becomes charged with dream;
Then the silent, slow nurture
Of the seed's self, coaxing it
To trust the act of death.

The humility of the Earth
That transfigures all
That has fallen
Of outlived growth.

The kindness of the Earth,
Opening to receive
Our worn forms
Into the final stillness.

Let us ask forgiveness of the Earth
For all our sins against her:
For our violence and poisonings
Of her beauty.

Let us remember within us
The ancient clay,
Holding the memory of seasons,
The passion of the wind,
The fluency of water,
The warmth of fire,
The quiver-touch of the sun
And shadowed sureness of the moon.

That we may awaken,
To live to the full
The dream of the Earth
Who chose us to emerge
And incarnate its hidden night
In mind, spirit, and light.

i reached into my brain

hmm i reached into my brain
i was looking for the source of my pain
groped around checking out the scene
ah there ive found it , evil and mean.
grabbed it and started to tug
pulled it out threw it down on the rug
ah it came with instructions to make me better
here quickly please read this letter
unfolded the pages , they dropped to the floor
started reading, there was more and more
72 years later im almost done
it took some time but it was fun
now that im finished with that letter
why yes its true, i feel so much better
getting rid of evil and mean
has made me part of the happiness team

Heart

love and light is all you ever need
to ask for more than that is to be in a place of greed

share your gifts abundantly like nature fruits from seed
each time that you give thanks is like pulling up a weed

tend to your garden...water it with peace
count your blessings daily and the blessings will increase

the kingdom of heaven isn't in the future but inside
the chambers of your heart is where Creator does abide

RE: Poetry - alchemikey - 04-23-2013

Heart

when you stay in the heart space
you stay in the grace
the role of awareness
is simply to embrace

whatever comes up...don't hold on
it is merely a fleeting wave
be the pure witness
and much trouble you will save

RE: Poetry - alchemikey - 04-24-2013

Heart

there is a more loving you
that wants to shine through
but first you must shed your skin

this is the year of the snake
you're being asked to rid the fake
authenticity's the only way

there is nowhere else to hide
the light has humbled all the pride
what's left is a clear conscience

have mercy on your darker side
open your heart extra wide
so that even fear feels at home

RE: Poetry - bosphorus - 04-26-2013

dear all,
i'd like to share a Rumi poem with ya. have just translated from my tongue

wishin good

I had died as a stone, i have become plant

i have died as plant and i have become animal

i have died as animal, then i have become human

Then why fearing death?

Has it been seen that i have been transformed into worse

or become deteriorated?

One day i'm going to die as a human

and i will be a creature of light,

angel of the dreams.

Everything except the Source will disappear.

I will become a thing that nobody has heard or seen

I will be a star upon the stars,

and shine on life and death

RE: Poetry - alchemikey - 04-29-2013

Heart

i want to see you in your radiance and health
to have a golden heart gives you a different kind of wealth

one that's not dependent on the influence of money
true joy shares its fragrance like the sun spreads its' sunny

don't expect it to return the way it was sent out
release control of the outcome, that's not what love's about

relationships of reverence rise from reciprocity
a signpost your on the path is the reason for synchronicity

Heart

be humble and the rest will follow
like a bamboo become hollow

bless each bite of food that you swallow
may your thoughts today create a better tomorrow

be loving and use your will power
germinate the seed into a flower

don't turn away when things go sour
may you find the light within the darkest hour
