Simply Rain - AnthroHeart - 10-30-2014 I find this soothing: http://rain.simplynoise.com/ RE: Simply Rain - Unbound - 10-30-2014 Man, you should just come outside here, it is absolutely pouring aha Well, it was earlier, seems every time I go inside it stops... RE: Simply Rain - Nuria Luz - 10-31-2014 Beautiful! It is on right now as background. Much, much better than cars , buses, etc. ![]() I just found the icon "activate thunder" ![]() RE: Simply Rain - Raz - 11-03-2014 Gemini, thank you sooooo much for bringing this to my attention! I absolutely love it! Use it to wind down the mind after a stressful day at work, and background noise for when I´m going to sleep as it negates the noise from the buildings heat pump that usually gives me a hard time going to sleep. <3 <3 <3 also found this one http://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/rainNoiseGenerator.php *edit* I have explored mynoise.net some and find it truly amzing, mezmerizing and mindblowingly chakra clearing, exploring the site is like a meditation in it self if you have a good pair of headphones or phenomonal computer speakers =) RE: Simply Rain - Raz - 11-06-2014 after I reinstalled chrome the "simply rain" site would not work for me any-more and I really liked the combination of rain and thunder, found this site that worked as a good substitute =) http://raining.fm/# RE: Simply Rain - AnthroHeart - 11-06-2014 Brown Noise is also very relaxing: http://simplynoise.com/ I'm sure there are other generators out there. Also, binarual beat are something to look into if you want to enter a meditative state. RE: Simply Rain - kycahi - 11-06-2014 Thanks for the Rain, Wolf!. California has an old drought, so this is very nice. Also, it sounds like the rains I grew up with in Kentucky--big, heavy drops mixed with thunder. In the SF Bay Area, we almost never get thunder and what they call heavy rain here is just nothing compared to the soakers in the Midwest/East. Bookmarked. ![]() |
