Seeking love in the moment - loostudent - 06-27-2017 "The moment contains love. The exercise is to consciously seek that love ... " What does this mean? To constantly realize you are beeing loved? To use every opportunity to be of service? Radiate love? RE: Seeking love in the moment - Aion - 06-27-2017 I would say all of the above. In any manner you can 'connect' with Love in the moment is a pathway to empowering Love. The exercise is to consciously seek that love ... " A great start to understanding love in all of its forms is to understand the basic subtypes of love represented in the seven energy centers: "15.12 Questioner: How does an individual go about balancing himself? What is the first step? Ra: I am Ra. The steps are only one; that is, an understanding of the energy centers which make up the mind/body/spirit complex. This understanding may be briefly summarized as follows. The first balancing is of the Malkuth, or Earth, vibratory energy complex, called the red-ray complex. An understanding and acceptance of this energy is fundamental. The next energy complex, which may be blocked is the emotional, or personal complex, also known as the orange-ray complex. This blockage will often demonstrate itself as personal eccentricities or distortions with regard to self-conscious understanding or acceptance of self. The third blockage resembles most closely that which you have called ego. It is the yellow-ray or solar plexus center. Blockages in this center will often manifest as distortions towards power manipulation and other social behaviors concerning those close and those associated with the mind/body/spirit complex. Those with blockages in these first three energy centers, or nexi, will have continuing difficulties in ability to further their seeking of the Law of One. The center of heart, or green ray, is the center from which third-density beings may springboard, shall we say, towards infinite intelligence. Blockages in this area may manifest as difficulties in expressing what you may call universal love or compassion. The blue-ray center of energy streaming is the center which, for the first time, is outgoing as well as inpouring. Those blocked in this area may have difficulty in grasping the spirit/mind complexes of its own entity and further difficulty in expressing such understandings of self. Entities blocked in this area may have difficulties in accepting communication from other mind/body/spirit complexes. The next center is the pineal or indigo-ray center. Those blocked in this center may experience a lessening of the influx of intelligent energy due to manifestations which appear as unworthiness. This is that of which you spoke. As you can see, this is but one of many distortions due to the several points of energy influx into the mind/body/spirit complex. The indigo-ray balancing is quite central to the type of work which revolves about the spirit complex, which has its influx then into the transformation or transmutation of third density to fourth density, it being the energy center receiving the least distorted outpourings of love/light from intelligent energy and having also the potential for the key to the gateway of intelligent infinity. The remaining center of energy influx is simply the total expression of the entity’s vibratory complex of mind, body, and spirit. It is as it will be, “balanced” or “imbalanced” has no meaning at this energy level, for it gives and takes in its own balance. Whatever the distortion may be, it cannot be manipulated as can the others and, therefore, has no particular importance in viewing the balancing of an entity." Also: "10.14 Questioner: For general development [of the] reader of this book, could you state some of the practices or exercises to perform to produce an acceleration toward the Law of One? Ra: I am Ra. Exercise One. This is the most nearly centered and usable within your illusion complex. The moment contains love. That is the lesson/goal of this illusion or density. The exercise is to consciously seek that love in awareness and understanding distortions. The first attempt is the cornerstone. Upon this choosing rests the remainder of the life-experience of an entity. The second seeking of love within the moment begins the addition. The third seeking powers the second, the fourth powering or doubling the third. As with the previous type of empowerment, there will be some loss of power due to flaws within the seeking in the distortion of insincerity. However, the conscious statement of self to self of the desire to seeklove is so central an act of will that, as before, the loss of power due to this friction is inconsequential. Exercise Two. The universe is one being. When a mind/body/spirit complex views another mind/body/spirit complex, see the Creator. This is an helpful exercise. Exercise Three. Gaze within a mirror. See the Creator. Exercise Four. Gaze at the creation which lies about the mind/body/spirit complex of each entity. See the Creator. The foundation or prerequisite of these exercises is a predilection towards what may be called meditation, contemplation, or prayer. With this attitude, these exercises can be processed. Without it, the data will not sink down into the roots of the tree of mind, thus enabling and ennobling the body and touching the spirit." It is the root of everything that is of light and that is done with light. On the greatest of scale, the love of the moment could be seen as that the entirety of infinity, in both its joys and sorrows just as what you approve and disapprove of, serves the purpose of holding the moment of yourself as perceived by yourself, allowing it to be experienced. RE: Seeking love in the moment - rva_jeremy - 06-28-2017 The more I read Confederation material, the more firmly it is pressed in my mind that we really have no idea how to think love. Love is so all-encompassing that I tend to believe most attempts to grapple with it are instead handling a kind of projection of love, or love-in-context, rather than love qua love. At worst I think we tend to turn love into an anti-concept in which we pile in all our positive conceptions and exclude all our negative conceptions, when it seems that love is far more unified and powerful as a result of that unity. For example, understanding negative experiences like hate and fear as a variety of love is mind-boggling, but those of the Confederation insist that love includes these as well. It seems like we hold prejudices that bias us towards a certain idea of the Creator from which these teachings on love are attempting to free us. Here's a good Hatonn session on love. Key except: Hatonn Wrote:Love is so simple, my friends, that it cannot be described. It can only be experienced. RE: Seeking love in the moment - AnthroHeart - 06-28-2017 Here's one example. Quote:One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry. He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water. https://great-inspirational-quotes.com/a-glass-of-milk.html And form more inspirational stories: https://www.great-inspirational-quotes.com/inspirational-stories.html RE: Seeking love in the moment - loostudent - 06-28-2017 (06-27-2017, 03:47 PM)Jeremy Wrote: How do you define love? Some characteristics of agape are defined in these Bible verses (1 Cor 13,4-7): Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. Seems like this is done with everything though, any aspect or dimension of the Creator is something of infinite intelligence and experience to be whole truly. Although I say that, I think it is definitely possible to touch upon the core of a concept and usually this will be quite simple thoughts (complex thoughts reflect a distorted nature) that create a "click" within. I think this is the essence of clarity, it is not of a complex understanding and instead a simple view without distortions. One who is able to see beauty in others (view of clarity), for example, won't need to justify the perception of this beauty into each and every person with complex thoughts and instead will merely see the same simple core aspects of beauty that can be found within each, kinda like how I said often that good and evil both equally reflect the beauty of innocence. To me love is not all that abstract of a concept of itself as it is the very first distortion possible to potentiated free will, its essence is then extremely pure and not a byproduct of countless other distortions giving birth to it which makes it easier to touch upon than sub-distortions of Love which reflect aspects of its spectrum. Love is the ability to have a feedback to perception, it is how the empty gave the Creator a drive to seek what is not empty to find itself and it is how each moment of non-emptiness is propelled into a following moment. Love is all energy and as such all energy is the feedback of beingness experiencing itself. Love is everything except what contains its potential as it is an intelligent distortion of beingness and not beingness itself which is defined by its ability to potentiate free will and to love (experience).
