When checking chakras with a pendulum.... - JJCarsonian - 03-31-2018 What should i be doing? I hear alot of conflicting info out there. I watched a video where it seemed like the motion is caused by the energy centers, then someone else says its caused by your subconscious muscle movements. Should i hold it in the right hand, left hand? should i make sure its still before it starts moving? thanks RE: When checking chakras with a pendulum.... - AnthroHeart - 03-31-2018 Hold it loosely between index finger and thumb. Bend your wrist and let it dangle. Which hand doesn't matter. It can be moving before you ask the question if you wish. I usually use front-back for yes. And side-side for no, and circle meaning ask it differently or try a different question. Sometimes the question doesn't mean what we think it means and it cannot be answered the way it was asked. But directions of movement are set by you. I wouldn't worry about how it's being powered. Just set the intention to receive answers only from your highest guidance for your highest good. And get your mind out of the way. Circular is also used to put energy in or take energy out. I believe clockwise puts energy in, and counter-clockwise removes energy (negative and otherwise). And don't ask "should I do this and this?" Don't should all over yourself. Only you can determine if you should do something. You can ask "would it be in my highest good to do such and such?" But always use your intuition with the answers, and common sense. It can be easy to be carried away. Stay grounded. RE: When checking chakras with a pendulum.... - AnthroHeart - 03-31-2018 The how it works and mechanics of it are the domain of the Universe. We put our question/desire out there, and the Universe responds. RE: When checking chakras with a pendulum.... - Stranger - 03-31-2018 The more effective approach, in my humble opinion, is to focus your awareness on the area of the chakra and to notice what emotions, thoughts or images spontaneously arise. Don't try to do anything or figure anything out - simply watch and notice what comes up by itself. So you are saying i show just relax the wrist and let it dangle? From the Ra material, it seems like clockwise means activated, and the degree of rotation indicates how active. Back and forth means some blockage, is this all correcT? Basically, you are using your intuition to understand? Bend your wrist and let it dangle. Don't try to hold it still. Yes, relax. First you have to get a baseline of what means yes and what means no. "show me yes" and "show me no" Then ask whether there is a blockage. It should tell you yes or no. You can ask the pendulum to balance your chakra. And it should start spinning and keep going till it is balanced. Though it may not always balance completely in that. Balancing is an infinitely subtle thing. We are like layers of an onion. Balance a little, remove a blockage, and deeper blockages will start to come out. So it's more important for overall balance than how active each individual chakra is. Ra says that. Your chakras will contain the blockages which most directly impact your functioning. The blockages are of two types: emotional and mental. Emotional blockages will contain unresolved traumatic experiences, or characteristic patterns of reacting to yourself and your external reality (e.g., guilt, fear, inadequacy, anger, etc.). Mental blockages will contain characteristic beliefs and thought patterns - the automatic thoughts that come up in response to whatever is occurring. Without these blockages, your chakras will function with perfect clarity. With them, the energy flow through you is distorted and limited. Focusing on each chakra and asking: what feelings are there? will help you to identify the unhealed issues you are carrying. RE: When checking chakras with a pendulum.... - JJCarsonian - 04-01-2018 thanks for all your comments RE: When checking chakras with a pendulum.... - AnthroHeart - 04-01-2018 Also, rest your elbow on a table so it's not a strain helps. I sit and rest my elbow, and angle my arm toward the pendulum a bit so it doesn't strike my arm.
