Organic Brown Rice - Richard - 06-16-2011

On the subject of diet...I rarely plug for products...but this stuff is really good. Especially the organic quinoa & brown rice w/ garlic. We eat it all the time.

I make a vegetarian jambalaya with the quinoa , brown rice product...a few hefty shakes of Crystal's or Tabasco and you're right there in Lousiana, lol

We buy it at the local big grocery chain (H.E.B. in these parts)

Aha, you are in Texas!

Not since we moved up here from Corpus Christi, Monkey. About 5 yrs ago. Access from this area is a lot more difficult and really crowded. But we lived down south for 14 yrs...and my wife and I would load up at 4AM, grab some bait and wadefish the shallows out on the island...just miles and miles of uninhabited beaches in that area. I really miss it.

Thanks for the suggestion, Richard.

You make me miss living in Texas!

Light and love.

side note - I looked up Seeds of Change and it appears that in addition to being organic, they do their best to avoid GMO foods, which is, IMHO, very important.

Thank you again for the suggestion!
