William buhlman: explorer extraordinaire :-P - Conifer16 - 03-31-2012 http://www.cybercauldron.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/William-Buhlman-Adventures-Beyond-The-Body-How-To-Experience-Out-Of-Body-Travel2.pdf This makes me think of Ra but explained differently. And has put me in the situation where Ra isn't the highest authority. And as Ra said that is what they want. So now I have two sources other then Seth and bashar to try and understand reality. And I almost manages an induced OBE with the roll out technique used in his book. Conifer17 Peace and giggles :-) The end is nigh :-P RE: William buhlman: explorer extraordinaire :-P - Meerie - 03-31-2012 Great stuff, I just started reading his book "out of body" ![]() the interview with him on coast to coast is worth watching, imo obe s - Plenum - 03-31-2012 I've had a couple of OBE's (out of body experiences) and that plus reading others' experiences of them convinced me of the existence of the spirit, or at least something non-material that continues existence of life outside of the physical being. that guy is a good author, and I would also add the work of Robert Bruce, who also extends into energy work, but made his claim to fame with his book "Mastering Astral Projection". He has a few vids online, but the books are where it's at. RE: William buhlman: explorer extraordinaire :-P - Meerie - 03-31-2012 Did they come by themselves, plenum, or did you use some method to induce them? and what did you do, if you don't mind telling? did you fly and discover astral realms? Buhlman says that it is a good way to discover for oneself different levels of energy / dimensions and that we can explore this way, what we cannot do in our usual waking state. It is very intriguing to me ![]() RE: William buhlman: explorer extraordinaire :-P - Plenum - 03-31-2012 I tried the methods that Robert Bruce recommends. He claims anyone can train themsevles to do it within 90 days. I stuck with it for a little while, and managed to got 'out' twice. Both times not very far. I got to 'see myself' looking from the outside. - - it is a little scary, as you have to get to that 'body paralysis' stage that most people have had. You know, when you wake up in the morning, and can't move your arms, legs or anything?
