Which payment method gives more to LL/Research? - carrie - 04-07-2012 Quick question. If I pay via Paypal or Credit card, which payment option gives the most money to LL/Research? That is, which payment method has less fees. RE: Which payment method gives more to LL/Research? - AnthroHeart - 04-07-2012 You could probably send a money order. There would be no fees then. Thanks for the thoughtful question, Carrie. : ) PayPal's take of each and every transaction works out to approximately 4.2%. Visa and MC, coupled with the merchant fee for processing the credit card, works out to approximately 4.7%. So, PayPal is the winner. : ) Not suggesting that you need to do this, but if interested in knowing, the best way to ensure that 100% of your donation/payment goes to any non-profit or business, whether L/L Research or other, is to use cash, check, or money order. Thanks again for the consideration! Lots of love, Gary |
