So one time I was meditating at a friends house, where there was a ton of positive energy emanating from everyone. We were all pretty high, also (lol). ANYWAY, I was meditating in the traditional stance, and I'd say after about 30 minutes of just focusing on my breathing, I saw a rainbow white light come from out of nowhere in my mind's eye. It only lasted for a few moments, but after it happened, I opened my eyes and felt tremendous vibrations of energy course throughout my entire body. It. Felt. Awesome. Now, I can barely meditate for 15 before I'm finished. But I know over time I'll get back to being able to do that. Has anyone had a similar experience? I feel that light was my soul and that the darkness is the veil of forgetfulness that we have to penetrate through whatever gets our minds silent enough to the point where its completely focused on peering through the dark to find the truth of the universe, which is light. Tell me your thoughts, guys!

the universe is Light.
the Star gives us our first wavering glimpse at it, the Moon shows us the Light and Dark mixed in an illusion.
the further you go, the more easily you discern the Light in any situation.

An interesting story I must say! Laking any experience (that I know off) seeing lights during meditation so far.
Thus I have little to offer this way. I do believe however your right, that if we could calm our minds and really focus, then the darkness would clear and we would see the truth :idea:

Yes. And I no longer have any doubt about God's existence. Mostly by having 1st hand experience that I am it
So do I See the light? Yes, I attempt to radiate it as much as possible. I see it reflecting in your post back to me.

Yes, I've seen it. It was at a time when I was greatly upset and I lay down to meditate and try to calm myself. I remember looking out the window and seeing the streetscape at the same time that I was seeing the light. It was very profound and it transformed, or maybe confirmed, my intuitive perception of "reality."

I'm really happy knowing that people are really starting to wake up to this false reality where fear is dominant in most of our lives.
