I am glad to say that my sugar addiction days are most likely behind me. Although I still like date loafs and ice cream (not together though!) it's no longer a cookie jar that accompanies me where-ever I go. And that horrid stuff Coke I erased from my life in early 20's after a brief infatuation.

. I think there talking about actual sugar addiction, not the few teaspoons in ones coffee/tea everyday lol.
