I know the 'pineal gland' has been compared to a mini-stargate in your head.

I think there is natural stargates on the energy or lay line system, built during the time of Atlantis. I also think they are modern psychic amplifiers that can boost
your pineal gland to open a stargate/torsion field, probably UFO chairs.

You can use "gates" if your frequency is high enough to perceive them.
You can build them without having a high enough frequency to use them.
Learn enough about vortexes and you will see that they can be large enough to be considered gates. Consider the trip Hitler went on that spawned the misinterpretation of the hollow earth.
