The Overriding Reason - Plenum - 05-19-2014
in this passage here, Ra describes why so many Wanderers choose to incarnate at the final stages of a Harvest cycle in a 3d planet.

it is a great passage overall if you self-identify as a Wanderer in any way, but the central core sentence appears to be this:

The second part is of interest to me: "the probability of offering catalyst to other-selves which will increase the harvest". What kind of catalyst might one offer?
is it merely serving as an example of having made the STO choice through your attitudes and behaviours that others are then triggered into thinking about their own ethics, conduct, and means by which they make their own choices? (ie offering catalyst by being an example in your own life).

I think so too. Offering catalyst by example whether it be your reaction to certain situations or the activities you're participating in that promote collective healing can serve as guideposts which people can choose to freely follow. Passive radiation! It seems to be the definition of positivity. Too often we are too busy telling others how to think or what to do..absorption. Just go be and do, possibly offering opinion here and there, hopefully inspiring others.
Here's an identical quote..notice that realization of oneness offers catalyst.."It is only possible to make catalyst available in whatever form, the most important being the radiation of realization of oneness with the Creator from the self, less important being information such as we share with you."
It makes sense, because living in unity naturally contains information that can then be picked up. "In this unity lies love. This is a great learn/teaching. In this unity lies light."
This human mind thinks that we must verbally guide others at all times, always pointing out things we feel are wrong, since that's how we generally view how things are learned. But I think we have to transcend that basic notion and learn to operate and function symbolically and sacramentally if we want to operate at a higher level of consciousness.

I agree with Icaro in regards to your question.
What I found interesting in this Ra quote is:

The first one is a possibility, and the second is a probability.

Perhaps the idea is that before something is probable, it must first be made possible. So a wanderer must first incarnate to offer themselves, bringing in possibility. This then creates a probability of offering catalyst, which would be entirely dependent upon the degree in which a wanderer wakes up. The more unified your seeking, the more balanced energy you offer, increasing probability.

On the bottom of the page, in the right corner, it says "That's all 7 billion of us. An extraordinary moment in history, captured on October 31, 2011 at 5:49:16 GMT"
Ra informed us about the harvest in 2011, but I guess an extra time added in this game we all experience at this time.
