Quinoa is the best followed by hemp seeds, chia, algae, etc for high quality proteins. For bulk protein any seed/nut/grain will do. My protein intake is usually either a couple spoonfuls hemp or chia in a smoothie, and then some type of whole grain, legume, and field roast (basically tasty wheat gluten) is something I've been really into. Soy makes me a little gassy and Quorn products are terrible in my system. Most everything has protein in it, you just get higher concentrations of it in any type of seed (think nut/grain/seeds).
