9 months in the womb, 3 months of missing energy

Hello Bring4th! I have been studying the astrology aspects of the esoteric stuff and learned that those 3 months we are not in the womb, are energies which we lack more of. Can anyone shed some more light on this as far as how one would go about gaining more of these 3 month's energies, or however it works?

Which 3 months would that be?
I am not familiar with astrology, but quite familiar with the womb

Well I was born in September. So the 3 months I would be missing is oct nov dec on the zodiac.
As you are developing in the womb, you are taking in the energies of 9 of the 12 houses/months. The other 3 months I think have something to do with what you possibly need to work on, etc. Just trying to learn more about it.
