Elevated animal beings 2D -> 3D

So do these beings choose to become new humans almost always? Because of the closeness to 3d awareness (humans).

I do know as soul evolution they tend to live and incarnate over and over with the same litter until they become extremely aware of love in themselves.

Our brothers and sisters as mammals are incarnating as humans to help raise the vibrations of the planet.

But are these souls troubled with wisdom or spiritually naive?

According to the history of the origins of the universe, the densified ones (far from the creator) had to heal themselves by incarnating as 2d/ 3d souls; acquiring karma and slowly returning to the creator. Then there are ones (higher souls) who became trapped in density from the beginning of earth man, living out their distortions and returning again slowly to the creator.

I assume these pools of awareness have elevated themselves into 1D, then evolved into 2D mammal souls and then into human bodies.

There are so many waves of people now incarnate on this planet now, I feel like the population will just go down in the next two hundred years;
