Do you guys think these social memory complexes are broadcasting constantly? Like sending radio signals?

It may depend on what their purpose or intention is. And from the perspective of a higher being, time might not be linear.

One night when I was writing, I became aware of a group, 2 rows, sitting in a semi-circle behind me. I couldn't see them, but I felt them physically. The message I got was that they were interested in what I was writing. I also often ask for "help" when I write, and I know I get it.

I also asked for help in a meditation for every belt test I had in martial arts, and sometimes I would even "see" in my mind's eye who showed up to help. When I tested, I always excelled beyond expectations. I know the help was there.

So in my case, I think these examples point to specific connections with various beings for specific things. But some social memory complexes, or other group or individual entities may have the purpose of broadcasting higher concepts or energies; and while it's possible to tune into them, they probably affect everybody regardless, like cosmic rays do.

This happens to me too. After a while I lost interest in counting how many beings were in the room with me. If you check you can sometimes have hundreds in the room with you, watching to see what you will do. Normally there are only a couple LoL.

Does this perhaps entail that the contact facilitated occurs between a Wanderer and the Social Memory Complex which it is/was a part of, or perhaps in some cases Social Memory Complexes may contact one whose particular vibrational frequency is similar to that of the Social Memory Complex? In this case, due to the distortion of my being drawn towards and placing an emphasis upon music in this incarnation, the attraction of a Social Memory Complex whose preoccupation and focus is musically-oriented to this form makes sense. However I am now aware that the complex which contacted and the individual they contacted is one and the same.
