It continued to hold its connection with the mind/body/spirit complex of the instrument and to generate information through it even as the instrument began to slip out of its physical vehicle.

The act of continued communication caused the entity to be unable to grasp the instrument’s mind/body/spirit complex and after but a small measure of your space/time Latwii recovered the now completely amalgamated instrument and gave it continued communication to steady it during the transition back into integration.

As for how it resonates with me: I find the idea that Carla almost found herself the slave of a fifth-density negative entity basically terrifying. I can't quite believe that she continued channeling Ra after this was explained, and I can well understand why they haven't channeled Ra since Don Elkins died.

As far as I understand, Carla was literally going into trance upon wishing that Ra would answer certain questions for her, causing her to enter a very vulnerable state without the proper protective measures being done first. Because of this she was nearly snatched from her body.

I see the wider implication being that of not relying on higher entities to answer every question, but to be willing to do the work to discover oneself once the basic concepts have been disseminated.

The show is crazy good from season 2-4. My favorite sci-fi show. Very spiritual/philosophical as well. The script is awesome.

I am taking away from this the conjecture that some human beings have certain psychic gifts yet might not be fully developed in ways to use these gifts wisely. Other human beings might be more evenly evolved and able to use their psychic gifts more safely.

For example, Cayce said it might be dangerous for alcoholics to meditate, if I remember correctly.

I think Cayce always called on Jesus for protection when going "out of body" or into trance. Also he always had a protective group around him, or at least he learned to do this after a while.

Babylon5 is as much a sci-fi show as fox is news.

Babylon 5 probably has more reality in it than 90% of organized mass media. Give it a go.
