What steps can I take to cleanse my energy field and stay peaceful at all times?

I'm not too sure about the cleansing, but I can talk a little about the peaceful thing. For starters, you can't be peaceful all the time, no one can. You're experiencing life right now, in this human form, that is going to be in all sorts of situations for years to come. To be peaceful all the time would be to avoid the catalyst and growth of life and you would be stuck. Since things are always in motion, you can't get stuck, so we feel things that don't feel peaceful, to learn about them, and how we chose to react to the feeling.
