I have been thus compelled to create a thread dedicated to the compilation of regiments, techniques, factors and proven aids with the goal of cleansing and optimizing the functionality of the pineal gland/third eye/ajna through methods which detoxify it (the supplementary result and necessity are its decalcification and removal of accumulated fluoride) and stimulate or charge it. To third eyes which have not been awakened, the intention is that following of the regiment presented will be to awaken it, and to those who enjoy the benefits of an already open ajna will experience enhancement of its capabilities and propensity to facilitate divine connection and generation and perhaps discovery of new ones.

It is highly encouraged that if anybody reading this thread has information not listed here that has been proven by personal experience to be of extreme relevance to the focus of this thread, please share as this information will hopefully be not only of benefit to this community but to anybody who may chance upon it in pursuit of information of this nature. I am hoping for this thread to be the most comprehensive source of compiled accurate, disinformationless material available regarding ways to better one's third eye. As more individuals add recommendations, I will edit the original post to include them. Without further ado, let us begin.

    Transcendental Methodology

Gotu Kola: The tea, extracts, and encapsulated whole herb of Gotu Kola is known to be a potent detoxifier and stimulator of the pineal gland and overall beneficial to the entire brain. I report tremendous success with it and noticeable enhancements in clarity, lucidity and intuition since taking it.

Wood Betany: I have not personally taken it but have seen it always mentioned alongside Gotu Kola in regards to detoxification and stimulation of the pineal.

Sandalwood: The essential oil of Sandalwood is known to oxygenate the limbic area of the brain and most notably the pineal gland, allowing better blood flow to it, also being high in sesquiterpenes, vigorously stimulating it. Its administration is best done dermally via application beneath the nostrils to allow inhalation and the area of the forehead where the pineal is located. In my experience, sandalwood has been highly effective and beneficial.

Frankincense: Again, not something I hold personal experience in using but is always mentioned alongside Sandalwood for the same reasons and as having similar mechanisms.

The reason for the high effectiveness of essential oils, especially those geared towards stimulation of the pineal gland, are known to be because of their unique ability to penetrate cell membranes, swift travelling throughout the body, decrease of the thickness of blood to enhance circulation, the increase of atmospheric oxygen and providing of negative ions, and most relevantly the stimulation of secretion of nerotransmitters, endorphins, hormones, and enzymes.

Dimethyltryptamine: Perhaps the most important endogenous neurotransmitter to exist, holding the function of regulation and sustenance of all states of consciousness awareness including waking states, dream states, and mystical states. It is theoretically produced in high amounts during birth, the transition of death/near death experiences, the transition to dream states and in trace amounts during deeper states of meditation. While many are skeptical of the claims that it is produced in the pineal gland those who hold actual experience with it report a viscerally intense pressure surrounding the area of the pineal following usage via the smoked route of administration.

While its availability is uncommon and possession deemed illegal by those negatively oriented authoritative groups that find enjoyment and believe the necessity in suppression of the natural abilities, freedom and divine connection of the masses, it is perhaps the most immediate and potent of supplements geared towards complete cleansing and stimulation of the pineal gland. It holds also the ability which no other aid listed above has of accessing and activating the various innate capabilities and functions of the pineal gland in extremely powerful degrees that cannot in any capacity be consciously accessed without the overloading of the pineal with this neurotransmitter, its possible functions including but not limited to extreme extradimensional perception and assorted macrocosmic experiences.

The functions I listed however are most directly and immediately accessed from the smoked route of administration albeit the most optimal utilization is in conjunction with the ingestion of a monoamine oxidiser inhibiter or MAOI an hour prior to smoking, most commonly used sources being the seeds of Syrian Rue or the vine of Baanisteriopsis Caapi, in order to alter the experience from a brief and uncontrolled 'flash' of apparent visions and transcendent experience to an hours time of exploration of the dimensional region and abilities afforded which may translate to an eon or so of time in that state.

Oral ingestion via the form of the sacramental medicine brew Ayahuasca, being the most traditional method used by indigenous cultures for millenia, takes on a much more grounded and spiritually cleansing nature. It is purgative, visionary albeit Earth-bound, powerful in its transmission of data/plant gnosis, and may be used to "charge" the powers of the imbiber. Phenomenon precursory of the 4th Density may be experienced, examples being that of the sharing of a group mind in a group Ayahuasca session (i.e. telepathy) or the possible creation and usage of projectiles of energy against another, although the latter example is included as a result of my personal and slight mischievously-influenced musing. Interesting to note is the depiction of UFO's in several Ayahuasca vision paintings and the relaying of experiences where extraterrestrial contact occurs with natives in the period following Ayahuascic alteration, almost implying that the energetic empowerment and increased vibratory shift was sensed by and enabled direct contact with a higher dimensional sentient being.

Be aware that the utmost of respect, responsibility and purity of intent must be held when approaching the experience. Recreational usage and highly frequent usage of DMT in any route of administration is considered abuse, misuse and an overall waste of potential growth, attainable benefit and knowledge, and is highly discouraged. It is entirely possible to become "locked out" of the experience if irresponsibility in ones usage manifests or due to lack of direction and purpose in using this technology. Irresponsible or aimless usage is a waste also considering its rarity, especially for those whose living situations bars them personal extraction which is high yielding and possible, as there exist numerous extraction methods/teks available on the internet. My small handful of solo Ayahuasca experiences and my several dozen smoked DMT experiences have proven it to be extremely effective in the goal of pineal optimization and ascertainment of direct esoteric gnosis, although I have had to resort to and settle with more natural methods for the past few months given its uncommon availability.

Meditation: The most simple, basic, easily available, unlimited in utilization, easily performed and highly beneficial of methods is meditation where one's focus is fixated in the area directly above and between one eyes where the third eye is located. I am going to cite a member of our community for it was his informative compiling of information which scientifically and biologically explains the process of stimulation of the pineal through meditation. A huge round of applause to Tenet Nosce is in order.

(05-21-2012, 08:44 PM)Tenet Nosce Wrote: I went back to the basic anatomy, and looked at the neurological input to the pineal gland. I found there are four neural ganglia (kind of like mini-brains or relay stations) that feed into the pineal gland. Turns out each of them is activated by a different behavior or activity that is associated with meditative practices.

One of them is located near the top of the cervical spine, right at the point where the neck flexes and extends when one is nodding. Thus, its activity is modulated by the specific angle at which the head rests upon the spine. Turns out the ideal angle is achieved by sitting with the spine fully erect, and the head positioned about 10-15 degrees below a line parallel with the ground. Just as the yogis recommend.

A second ganglion is stretched across a little plateau of bone in the inner ear, and responds to vibration, such as is generated by chanting, toning, hitting a gong, or ringing a bell or one of those Tibetan bowls.

A third one is related to the olfactory nerve, which translates our sense of smell as well as the sensation of air moving through the nasal cavity. Thus it is activated by the lighting of incense, and focusing one's awareness on the tip of the nose where the air is moving in and out. Another nerve from this ganglion drops down through the head and emerges right at the point where the hard palate meets the soft palate- exactly where yogis advise to place the tongue during meditative practice.

The fourth one is related to our perception of light and motion. Turns out that the perfect way to activate this one is to focus one's gaze at a flickering candlelight in an otherwise dim room... again just as the yogis recommend!

I am a doctor, so having a better idea what the technical jargon means makes the process easier. But- one doesn't need any special resources other than the Internet.

All I did was nose around on the net until I found a page which described the nervous input into the pineal gland. Then, I looked up the nerves themselves to see what physical pathways they traverse in the body. Then I looked up the ganglia, or relay stations, to see what kind of information was being passed through there. It was then I realized that each one carries information generated by a different behavior associated with meditation.

The challenge with doing this kind of research is more due to having to pull bits and pieces from various sources, as no single source puts them all together. There are so many things like this out there, that I have to admit the most rational explanation I can come up with is that there actually are people out there somewhere with a clear intention to draw people's attention away from certain ideas, and have enough control of the media sources to pull it off.

I've trained my mind to look for the information that is limited or missing. Whether it's a news report or a textbook- a part of my mind is looking closely at the boundaries of the information offered, and noticing if there are any gaps or holes. I find them all the time, and they tend to lead to fascinating places.

The information he has presented has helped me make sense in why is it that certain aids I've long used have been of tremendous assistance especially in my constant exposure to the 432hz tone frequency when I meditate and my inhalation of pineal-stimulating essential oils right beneath my nostrils and explains also why the erection of the spine and the tilting of one's head are considered crucial for proper posture in meditation. Given that the information he presented was initially disconnected and it was him that took the effort to connect the dots, the content is original, comprehensive and is significant enough to be presented in a thread geared towards the information I wish to compile here. Once again, thank you Tenet Nosce!

Magnetic Stimulation: I have heard anecdotes which reference the supposed ability of extreme stimulation to the point of powerful psychic receptivity, phenomenon and awareness by applying the north or + side of a magnet to the area of the forehead where the pineal is located for a fair period of time each day for weeks at a time, although I have not experimented with this (yet) and thus cannot presently vouch for its validity or possible effectiveness. If anybody has experience and success with it, it would be much appreciated if you may be able to verify this claim.

Iodine/Iodide Supplementation: A deficiency in iodine, a chemical element essential to the body's physical and mental development, in a person's diet with symptoms manifesting primarily as hypothyroidism. It is the single most common cause of preventable mental retardation and brain damage in the world. Its supplementation ensures the healthy and normal growth and development of the body and brain and specifically the thyroid gland. The relevance of my inclusion in this list is that, apart from being beneficial to supplement, it has been clinically proven to displace fluoride through its increased urinary excretion. With that said...

Avoidance of fluoride: The primary cause of retardation of capability, inhibition of psychic prowess and skewering of divine connection is poisoning via the predominate culprit, fluoride. It is highly suggested to completely avoid fluoride, although if this is circumstantially impossible, diminish exposure to it as much as possible. It is added to most water sources and widely available as the active ingredient of most toothpastes. Following the above regiment will already guarantee that the detrimental effects of fluoride will be reversed and healed, and while the regiment is implemented exposure to fluoride will not be as effective in debilitation as it should be, but regardless it is still suggested to avoid it as much as possible, especially if no pineal detoxing regiment is being followed.

    Additions

Fermented Skate Fish Liver Oil/Cod Fish Liver Oil: Testimonials show that its usage can result in decalcification of the pineal gland and for having extreme success in doing so, credit to Oceania for bringing this up.

Sungazing: The practice of sungazing, most notably before and shortly following sunrise although one may direct their pineal towards the sun without directly looking at it throughout the day, results in the energetic nourishment of not only the pineal gland but one's entire field of energy. It has been reported also that endocrine secretions occur during the period of sungazing.

Noni Fruit Juice/Extract: I have recently ordered some of the extract of the Morinda Citrifolia/Noni fruit after reading on its miraculous ability of greatly stimulating and empowering the pineal gland by providing the gland with its alleged main food, xeronine and literally feeding it its essential and primary nutrient. Here is a highly informative website on its vast and extraordinary benefits: http://www.usacbh.com/eff_noni.asp

May all be blessed and successful in the pursuit of workings towards fully generating and manifesting the pleroma at the forefront of their being, for such an endeavor is the natural right and endeavor of mankind in transfiguration into their true identity. I hope this thread can become a vast wealth of information on proven and practical ways to achieve such a goal with tangible, perceptible results.

    thanks Godwide.

i'd add to that raw skate liver or cod liver oil, or for vegans and allergics, you can take high vitamin butter pills. the ones you can get from greenpasture.org or for UK there was another site but i can't remember.

doesn't sungazing also clean the pineal? of course sungazing is something you should do cautiously.

    Godwide_void,

I may have a consultation to make (may I also note that you wrote this very interesting thread at the "right time" also?).

I have, as of late, become gradually and increasingly interested in the possibility of using psychoactive/entheogenic substances. This struck me as most curious to me, as I have never in my life/current incarnation ingested any kind of "mind-altering" drug, nor have I smoked anything, and I haven't even drunk any alcoholic beverages (whether beer or wine or any other drink). The reason for my abstinence is simply an intuitive one: I feel no need nor desire to take drugs, smoke or drink alcohol. Another reason must be that I am extremely "individualistic," in the sense that I seek to develop myself solely through my own means and inner resources, without relaying on any external influence or aid.

My father was a pharmaceutical rep, so we had a storage-house full of all sort of drugs to treat all kinds of sicknesses and whatnot. Although my parents would treat me with these medicines, I intuitively repelled them. They made me sick (ironically enough), dizzy, and less alert/aware; I literally felt intoxicated and my senses/awareness became "obstructed" by them; and, well, quite frankly: drugs made me feel "retarded." So once I became sufficiently old (and ever more aware), I never took pharmaceutics again. I have never been sick since.

As for my diet, it is quite, how shall I put it? Well, quite "bland" and "redundant." There is little variety in the foodstuffs I ingest. I do not consume "trash foods" and I barely consume animal meat—though I barely consume vegetables either. I would prefer to call myself fructivorous! I especially love peaches in syrup! But good-quality fruits are hard to come by (specially in the heart of a metropolitan city). Other than that, I also enjoy pizza! And my #1 drink of choice is mineral water (this is a KEY element to my diet). Might be good to note that I also don't use toothpaste to wash my teeth.

Now, I wont go into detail here, suffice it to say that since early childhood I've been "hyper-sensitive" to the reality around me, thus I have consciously experienced a great variety of vivid, lucid "paranormal" experiences, including visitations and contacts (and why not, abductions) with, let's say, non-3D residents. This has always been a normality to me—it was only later as I grew up that I found out it wasn't the norm among the rest of the people.

The so-called "veil" is very thin to me. It'd be safe to say my experiential reality lies heavily on the "metaphysical" side of the spectrum (hence, physical reality also appears to be more dream-like, fluid and malleable to me).

Now then! As I had stated earlier: lately, my thoughts begun to brood upon the consideration of the utilization of entheogens to augment and explode my "psychic awareness" even further.
There's one psychoactive that caught my attention: dimethyltryptamine. It resonates deeply with my indigo ray nexus and pineal gland. Upon doing some research on it, I came across this plant called psychotria viridis, which my intuition also approves of. I understand this plant is typically used in the making of the ayahuasca brew.

My question, finally, is this: What is your experience with psychotria viridis? Would I need a monoamine oxidiser inhibitor to make use of it? And is there any other form of ingestion that does not involve burning/smoking it (such as brewing or chewing)?

    Thanks in advance,

Dr. Rick Strassman (the author of DMT: the Spirit Molecule) is working on better ways to measure brain DMT. It's still kind of a taboo to say DMT is in the brain because it's not proven. When his study comes out it's gonna be like Christmas and it will obviously be huge for science and spirituality. Check it out: http://www.cottonwoodresearch.org/projects.php

Siren, in regards to your question on the proper usage of Psychotria Viridis/Chacruna it is a traditional primary DMT-containing ingredient in Ayahuasca alongside Diplopterys Cabrerana/Chaliponga. Oral activation of the DMT present can only be resulted with the addition of an MAOI-containing source such as the seeds of Syrian Rue or more traditionally the Baanisteropsis Caapi vine, also called on its own Ayahuasca or the Vine of the Dead/Soul. You cannot achieve any effect from directly burning Psychotria Viridis unless an extraction was performed, so it remains best utilized as an admixture in the oral preparation of the sacramental medicine brew. I personally have no experience with it, instead having opted to use Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark for my few analogous mixtures in the past, although I will soon.

Your intuition serves you very correctly my friend, as well as your indigo resonance with the very neurotransmitter which is sustaining your very awareness and experience in consciousness which has the propensity to definitely explode your psychic awareness and configure your being to a more comfortably transcendent vibrational sculpture with the force, intensity and efficacy of an atomic bomb. Its effectiveness will linger far after you cease trials with it. I myself have settled upon following my ancestral path of Ayahuasca shamanism after being revealed that it is what would best allow the manifestation of what I seek to accomplish.

As is typically spoken of the spirit molecule: Load Universe into cannon. Aim at brain. Fire. This is in no way an exaggeration although it may prove to be an understatement. Wink

Thank you for that website. It is very pleasing to see that this akashic spirit technology is being taken more seriously as the very key to unlocking the mysteries of the faculties of consciousness and the way in which we interact with and within it. From an unbiased standpoint, I would have to say that Ayahuasca shamanism is the among one of if not the most important "magical" arts worth studying and mastering for the innumerable doors and possibilities it may open, factoring in also the experiential implications it opens up and the scientific reasoning behind what it is, what it does, and the esoteric approach which further uncovers how it does this and why it does these things, of being a neurotransmitter endogenous to all human beings, many plants and animals, as being linked to the third eye, etc.

Indigenous shamans have stated that, through Ayahuasca, they have been able to "contact the intelligence behind nature". Is there not only One intelligence which designs, programs and manifests nature...?

Of the thousands of different plant species in the South American amazon, how is it that they were able to pinpoint the precise molecular mechanics behind the conjunction of an MAOI, that such a property even exists, and its combination with a consciousness neurotransmitter?

They say it is the "plants themselves which have told us".

What is it which animates the plants and would "speak" through them and directly impart empirical knowledge that they may practically work with as well as providing an integration of their consciousness which would allow them to effect ours in the way they do?

One is not truly physical, but moreso an energetic field, and one's movement does not have to be exclusively confined to the physical. These plants, more specifically the molecular aspects of them, allow the opportunity in which multidimensional regions and attributes may be accessed and worked from within following union with them.

How is it that a shaman may perform feats of in those states of healing, of divination, of metamorphosis, of climbing the "rope, ladder, or stairway" which they have stated allows them passage between one world and the next seamlessly? Is not the imagery of intertwining serpents a commonality in visions and mythologies of numerous Ayahuasca using cultures and ancient civilization in general? Or perhaps a cosmic serpent? Doesn't a strand of DNA resemble intertwining serpents?

It is speculated that Ayahuasqueros can immerse themselves at the molecular level and bring back information and open up certain capabilities. Considering this from a Law of One-oriented standpoint, is not everything one consciousness? Is not all alive?

Aren't the elements and seemingly inanimate forms considered 1D aware entities? Don't molecules perhaps also count as 1D aware entities? And doesn't there exist a conjoining of the 1D and 8D, completing and conveying the ouroboric nature of the One Infinite Creator and its densities of awareness? Wouldn't this be a literal door between microcosm and macrocosm of sorts?

I never had the fired from a cannon experience when smoking DMT. It was a little more gentle to me, but perhaps that was because I was afraid of such an intense boost.

I've smoked DMT after taking TetraHydroHarmine sublingually for 15 mins beforehand, and it increases the intensity substantially, along with making it last 15 minutes instead of the usual 7 or so. GV, have you tried it with THH? It really adds to the experience. Though when I was doing it, I preferred orally.

Last night I really needed to floss bad, and I HAD these little plastic floss sticks that are coated in fluoride...I really dislike going without flossing so I figured I would just try to rinse it off really good before I use it-well I did that and having been away from fluoride for about 9 months, I was greeted by a massive headache which totally screwed with my night...I really regret using that floss stick Confused.

I ended up throwing away the whole package. There is NO justification for adding fluoride to anything and its sad that its a blatant attempt to poison people, yet, many aren't aware.

    Excellent list, godwide!

    I would add to these:

    1. Be aware that many so-called 'fluoride filters' actually remove very little of the fluoride. Most are aluminum-based so the person is trading one toxin for another. Plus, the aluminum-based filters just don't work, according to dentists and water specialists I've spoken to. A much better medium for removing fluoride is bone char, which, as its name suggests, is apparently some animal product, which I don't like, but what do you do? I bought one before I knew what it was, and now I wish I didn't know. I haven't been able to find out much about the source of 'bone char' fluoride filters, but they supposedly do remove all the flouride.

    2. I follow up the fluoride pre-filter with my ionizer machine, resulting in clean, alkaline, antioxidant, crystalline-structured water which is said to decalcify the pineal gland. Judging by my experience and that of others, I'd say that's true. Powerful stuff! There's more I can't say publicly so if you want to know about that, contact me via pm.

    3. Be aware of insidious sources of fluoride: Sodas, tea, beer and even wine! I was very disconcerted to learn that 1 glass of red wine has as much fluoride as 1 liter of fluoridated water! Horrors! For more insidious sources see http://www.fluoridealert.org/fluoride-da...oride.aspx

    4. Pesticides.

Quote:based on the assumed safety of such fluoride-based pesticides, iceberg lettuce can now contain a whopping 180 parts per million (ppm) of fluoride—that's 180 times higher than what's recommended in drinking water!

So in addition to the poisonous nature of anything that can kill a bug (just takes more of it to kill a human) it also has outrageously high levels of fluoride! Yet another reason to invest in a water ionizer machine (my brand produces water that removes pesticides from produce).

    5. Nonstick cookware - better to use stainless steel or cast iron.

    6. I did a lot of research on iodine and the consensus seems to be that the 'Nascent' form is absorbed most readily. It's more expensive, though. 2nd best is Lugol's. I found both on amazon.com. There's a simple test one can do to see if they're deficient in iodine: put a couple of drops of iodine on the skin and rub it in so there's a patch of orange. Then see how long before the orange disappears. If it disappears in less than 24 hours that supposedly means the person is deficient.

    7. Essential oils work but they need to be therapeutic grade, not just smell nice. To my knowledge, the best quality essential oils are from Young Living. I don't sell them but I do have a wholesale account so if anyone wants to order at a lower price, contact me. (I don't make any $$ from it but am just letting you access my account since I don't order very often anyway.)

    8. Meat is a major source of fluoride, because it concentrates in the animal when the animal drinks fluoridated water or eats pesticide-laden plant foods.

    10. Distilled water and reverse osmosis water are both very clean and remove most (not all) of the fluoride, but they are both extremely acidic, oxidizing, and devoid of minerals, thus leaching healthy minerals from the body. Again, trading 1 severe problem for another! I drank distilled water for many years, putting minerals back in, and became very sick. NOT recommended! Better to filter the fluoride out and avoid distilled, RO and bottled waters. (Most bottled waters contain fluoride, + all the other poisons in the plastic.)

    11. I think I read somewhere that cannabis does something with fluoride and the pineal gland. I don't remember but if one indulges in a little weed, you might want to investigate that. It was a positive thing, if I remember correctly.

not all wine has fluoride, certainly not any german beer.

and i wouldn't use any weird animal product filter. i'd rather have a clogged cone. i didn't think you'd endorse such a product.

I wonder how we would know? And, does Germany fluoridate their water?

Haha, most of the people here eat meat anyway so won't care. Tongue

I didn't know what was in it at the time I bought it. I never imagined that a water filter would be made from bones! It wasn't until after it was installed, that I found out. So then I was in a quandary, because by then I could tell that it really did work (in contrast to the aluminum-based one I had before).

I still have it installed for the time being, but I'm actively looking for an alternative. Animal product or fluoride? Damn that's just wrong, that we even have to make such a choice!

Does anyone know of any other way to remove fluoride? My ionizer machine restructures the water, removing about 1/2 of it, but I want it all gone.

My experiences support this. Whenever I use cannabis, effects associated with third eye activity increase automatically. It might not stimulate the third eye like this for everyone though. I remember someone on B4th mention that cannabis opens their heart, whereas for me I have to meditate through the initial anxiety to open my heart. As always it's dependent upon our personality, biology, etc.
