appeal to fundraise for publishing 'Global Brain Awakens' in Iran

You may know that I have been working on the translation of Peter Russell's amazing book "The Global Brain Awakens, Our Next Evolutionary Leap' into Persian for the last few months. The time has come for me to start the process of looking for a suitable publisher. For this reason and for the final editing of the book I decided to go back to Iran by the end of this year.

To fund my trip, I am offering a special opportunity for those who'd like to have/gift a work of art that speaks a language of the soul (as I am a glass artist). You many know that this work and my wonderful hand-made soaps are my only source of income.

If you like the idea, to get me started, I need a seed from you. An idea of what you need, a poem, a picture. I will then, grow the seed and express it in my own way in a symbolic form in glass.

I offer each piece for £55 + postage. I need to have your orders by 28th November for posting by 20th December. I need up to 20 orders to make the journey. So if this is something you'd like to have or support, I urge you to place your orders soon. Each piece of art will be no bigger than a foot in diameter.

I hope that the publication of the book will help raise awareness about 'our next evolutionary leap' in Iran. I am reminded of a question by one of my teachers Don Elkins who asked the Ra group, if someone is working to raise awareness of planetary consciousness, is he or she doing any good for society or is she acting only on her on growth. The answers to that was that the difference between an individual and social group is indiscernible to them and if one is acting to raise awareness in society one is acting on the self. So this decision to translate and publish Peter Russell's book in troubled Iran might very well be my own evolutionary leap. I appreciate any help along this way.

I just wanted to say that Pupak has made several glass pieces for Jim McCarty and me which are simply exquisite. Because his totem is a hummingbird, she created a beautiful large piece for him with a humminbird sipping at a flower.
