Balancing the sexual energy.

I am in the process of balancing the red ray and i am wondering if anybody has advice they can share on this process?

My understanding is that the feeling of sexual energy or pressure needs to be balanced with the feelings of love in the heart or green ray. The exercise i am using at the moment is very simply just that, when i have a feeling of sexual energy i focus on it for a moment then try and find loving energy in the heart or green ray centre?

I think that the simple acceptance and allowing of the energy is activating and balancing the red ray and i am rather trying to balance orange ray in terms sexual energy? The reason for this is, i feel that through masturbation i lose vital energy that should be rising up to the higher centres and i am focusing that energy on a very negative industry, thus resulting in some form of negative karma.

What do you guys think on this topic?

I don't know about negative karma but I do know it's usually a waste of energy when you're going 'solo'.

Porn could be positive or negative. It's all in perception.

My thoughts:

Red ray energy is only lost when you come frequently as a male.

Red ray in my experience is more about general horniness, casual sex, but in general I only get red ray sexual feelings when "it's been a long time". I also think red ray is much more than sexual feelings. Specifically, safety, overall level of energy you have, love of life in general, and how grounded you feel, among other feelings.

Orange ray is more about sexual pleasure and sexual fun (as well as general self-acceptance of all your perceived shortcomings and being without guilt as to who you are). I think this ray is more sexual in nature, and the beginning basis of really enjoyable sex.

I don't believe karma is involved in any of this. Be sure you don't feel any guilty whatsoever in any shape way or form about any of this not matter what judgmental thoughts you get. And eventually move past that judgement, they're just part of the societal mind that feels wrongly guilty that your mind has integrated.

Solar plexus/yellow-ray is (among other things) self control. If your solar plexus is functioning at 100%, that means that the odds that you will "accidentally" masturbate is 0%. When you orgasm, you will lose red energy. As long as you keep the release activity at 0.5-1 time/day, its no need to worry. (though I find that the red energy accumulates much slower during full/new moons)

The only way it could cause you negative karma is if you take upon yourself guilt for the action in question.

Interesting Aureus. What do you mean by the functioning of the yellow ray and accidentally ? Its very rarely more than once a day if that. I feel that the industry has a lot of sorrow and negative energy in it and i feed that. I wouldn't say i feel guilt but rather trying to the put the energy to better use.

The yellow-ray acts partly as a sort of surface-guardian. If it is just as developed as orange-ray, you will in turn have full control over whatever your orange-ray may stir up in you. This even includes sneezing :p

Yeah sometimes i feel that. Yellow ray is said to be will power. Doesn't that energy have more to do with groups and societies rather than self. Self in relation to other self ?

I think personal willpower is probably orange-subyellow, or yellow-suborange. Remember there are infinite subdivisions in each energy center, so personal (orange) willpower (more yellow) is somewhere inbetween I believe.

This is what Ra said about red ray in relation to green ray regarding sexual energy transfers:

I used to battle premature ejaculation. When I have a partner and my sex life gets more regular it gets somehwat better, however, it is still often that its done in a few strokes. Actually it is set in my horoscope too, as Mars in Gemini in the house of Scorpio indicated this would be an issue.. Well, it is, and it makes me sad.

Anyway, this was part learned - I was living with my family in a small home when I was young, and when puberty hit, I always tried to get it done quickly, so I don't get caught with the deed hehe. I guess I wired this into myself.

I am practicing zazen a few years now. In the zendo someone brought a book in German, and I want to learn german, so I brought it home, started translating.. It was a book from Mantak Chia, and it got me interested in fixing this issue, so whenever I feel the sexual urges I tend to gratify from time to time, I expand these sessions to 25-30 mins.

I am not doing it solely for pleasure, as I want to fix something I see as not in great shape at the moment.

It might be confirmation bias. You worry about there being a problem so you notice the flies more after the session.

It could also be related to simply sweating. There is no reason that masturbation is inherently bad. Accepting that part of yourself might help.

Well, for me, I kept doing it until I had my Kundalini awakening, and still sometimes do.
But I'm pretty clear energetically and in a state of perpetual continuous, smooth orgasm like all the time.
So no real need now to masturbate. Also orgasms become more expansive rather than constricting.

A shaman told me that I would find enlightenment through sexual encounters. Just use protection she said.
So it isn't always basal and gross.
