I thought I would throw this one out there after reading a few comments in a different thread. It has to do with a loud buzzing I have experienced inside my head.

It happened several years ago. I woke up at about 4:00 am one night and was experiencing a VERY loud buzzing inside my head. If I had to put a decibel number to this ...I would guess about 80 to 90 decibels.

I was very frightened by this noise and a deep fear entered my consciousness. One thought that came to my mind was this was a signal. A signal that the "Others" were nearby. These others are those beings that some call aliens or "Greys".

I wouldn't even open my eyes... the fear was so profound. The buzzing continued for several minutes and I eventually fell back to sleep and was very happy to wake up and head to work a few hours later.

I have never heard or read about this phenomenon happening in others, until I read about an experience similar to mine in a different thread. I said similar ... not exactly the same as the other poster described this as in one ear. Mine was in the center of my head.

Anyway... this has happened a 2 or 3 times in my lifetime. It has been over ten years since the last time this has happened.

    Any Ideas?

i got woken up twice by a "bee". at first i was afraid, i was petrified, but then i realized it wasn't scary and was cool. i googled it and found out it was an "ascension symptom." i'd say it's nothing to be scared of, i was delighted by it, it was so paranormal.

It wasn't a pleasant sound. More like a buzzer that you would hear in a game show when you get the answer wrong. Although it was continuous.

Thanks for you input Ocean! I appreciate it. I am not worried, it was many years ago. I just never found a site where I could even ask the question. :-)

Was it accompanied by any bodily sensations (specifically, vibration)?

Not that I recall. It was just a loud buzzing... and it wasn't a dream. I had never heard of anyone ever having such an experience, so when I read the post of someone here hearing a buzzing sound... I felt comfortable enough to ask the question. It was a very weird experience.... the one thing that I would say that I have heard of "Sleep Paralysis" and the feeling some people have that someone or something is in the room. Well, I was frozen in fear. I will say that.

That fear was there... as I said... I wouldn't even open my eyes. I didn't sense any other beings...but the thought did enter my mind that it was some type of signal too or by someone.

I have had a passion for the understanding of UFOs and other advanced beings that may have visited our planet. But I have no proof that this had anything to do with them. It is just the thought that entered my mind at the time.

Proof is only necessary when one wishes to convince another of the validity of their experience, you need none of that here :¬)

Trust this thought brother! If it arose in your mind at the time without prompt, I would imagine you were being gifted information intuitively.

I too have had sleep paralysis, a few times. Every time it was accompanied with much fear due to an incredibly strong sense of a close (negative) entity. Not pleasant!

rolling your eyes and blinking them and moving your fingers and toes and everything you can helps with sleep paralysis. i wonder what causes it, it only happened mildly to me once and there was no entity. i also didn't hear any sound.

the state where you hallucinate after a dream is called hypnopompic state. i read about the buzzing sound and got all this stuff about the HU sound and people hearing it in different altered states, or OBE/NDE states or kundalini. basically all i read about it was positive, but my "bee" wasn't unpleasant to me and i wasn't paralyzed, i was just freaked there was a bee in my room lol. i guess everyone experiences it differently. if you google HU sound and buzzing you should get interesting stuff. or just google buzzing tone and spiritual or some other keywords. Smile i always consult google when stuff happens.

My two cents on this. I've definitely experienced this. Multiple times. It's been a couple years. It is always accompanied with the sense that an entity is lurking with intentions I don't like. Never seen with my physical eyes, only my mind's eye. It's usually a black shadow. My sister's idea is that it is me entering my body.

Ocean- LOL, your tip cracks me up. I think it describes the sequence every sleep paralysis experiencer partakes in as they begin to get movement back under control. (note to self: stop trying to move elbows first Wink)

I've had this. Tremendously loud buzzing when I woke up at 4am after a lot of meditation.

I've also had tremendously loud rushing water on a few occasions.

I get quiet rushing water sounds all the time from meditation. I've heard it described as "the sound of the river jordan" that some Biblical people heard.

I just think it's some kind of chakra opening or something. Some kind of energy. For me there was no fear involved it was more like large amounts of energy being moved or something.

Personally I think it's some kind of indigo opening or energy movement. It was always associated with a lot of meditation for me. Basically, if I meditate long enough, this happens, haha, and I start to perceive a tremendous source of love/light. One time when I was hearing the VERY VERY LOUD rushing water I literally rolled on the floor crying for an hour because the feeling of love was so profound. I was crying and saying to myself, "How did I not know that I am loved so deeply?"

I basically felt the tremendous love of God which is powerful love beyond anything you can imagine in normal waking life. And feeling that, it was impossible not to cry. And my ears were completely overwhelmed with a very loud rushing water, which sounds a lot like buzzing to be honest.

    Exactly it, well put.

On the subject of buzzing, I've experienced it in situ with entire body vibrations (very strong), known as the vibrational state, which you enter before projecting astrally.

    A very pleasant experience :¬)

lol, i haven't had real paralysis, but i saved myself from being polunged into the depths of something with that.BigSmile had to work really hard too, i felt like i was leaving my body but it was so scary i fought.

what is the vibrational state like? once my entire bed vibrated so much i thought someone was walking outside my room. but noone was there. and this was coming from my heart. at least it felt like it. i was in total extacy. i also had two what i think were astral experiences around that time, but can't remember if it was the same day.

Your entire body vibrates at a very fast speed, it feels like the soul inside you is forcing out of the physical body. It's a nice sensation once you get over the surprise, as you know it's time to relax more, let go and flow with it. Upon doing so, you can sit up, out of you body, and explore the astral plane.

Give it a pop! Before you go to bed, spend 10-20 minutes reading about astral projection.

Then, when in bed, spend 2 or 3 minutes meditation with your eyes closed, feeling/repeating (internally) "I wish to wake up in the vibrational state tonight". Setting the intention firmly really helps.

    Then, fingers crossed.

Keep trying too; everyone can do it.

I tend to believe that when dreams are extremely vivid, you're actually on the astral plane and not just dreaming. And so, I think you can awaken into this state..become aware of it..rather than projecting into it. As Namaste said though, the best time to try and project is to hold the intention while you're falling asleep..especially after you just woke up in the middle of the night.

I've found that if you periodically ask yourself if you're dreaming throughout the day, stopping to focus on your conscious awareness and look around, it trains you to ask the question in the dream state. The hard part is being able to tell! Because in some dreams there seems to be a barrier where you can't convince yourself that you're just dreaming.

The idea in Inception of always carrying around an object you're familiar with that behaves in a certain way is really novel. I've never heard of that idea.

3D monkey, I know this one. He tries to enter, and take u back and down in. Scary. I used to let him linger. The last time he came around, I forced myself with all my might to sit straight up in bed, and I screamed allowed "get out!". He hasn't been around in over a year now.

They are definitely negative greetings in my opinion. Positive entities bring with them the sense of peace.

This is actually quite interesting. As you, 3DM, state that you are not a Wanderer, I wonder why these (as I understand it anyway) astral Beings that are created by Orion (they might as well be 4D- Beings from the actual Orion) are visiting you? Are they visiting "natives" as well? Are they allowed to do that (I mean by the Laws of One)? Anyway, who can know such stuff for sure, right? I get frequent visits by these as well, but in my case they are perceived as grey (as in colour grey, not the shape or comprehending) shadows. I call them simply, the Shadows.

Assuming you checked to see that your alarm clock was not the cause, I was sent an interesting Youtube video yesterday about the possible use of HAARP as a cause of earthquakes. In the video, about 23 minutes into it, is displayed a letter written on US Army letterhead, describing the effects of "electronic harassment" via electromagnetic dispersion fields. in the letter it describes using electromagnetic dispersion fields for mind control. One of the side effects is tinnitus, but also other "sound" effects that are not normal and customary sounds that we deal with the everyday life.

You might want to view this letter to see if the described effects sound familiar. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muyu4aucZDM

Last night I had a very strange night of sleep. First, I was woken up by a buzzing noise. It wasn't coming from within me, but I wasn't sure where it came from. I had the window open at the head of my bed (right above my head) so I wasn't sure if it came from outside or from inside. I didn't see anything outside, but I was hearing unusual popping sounds in my living room and/or kitchen. The buzzing wasn't a steady buzz, but almost seemed like a speech pattern. It really freaked me out! I got up to use the rest room and went back to bed.

I was woken again about an hour later by the buzzing again. I had closed the window so I knew it was coming from inside the house this time.

Later, I had a dream that I was laying on my stomach in bed, and someone came in, stood at my feet, and leaned over and touched me. I asked "Who is that?" as I turned around, and saw my 7 year old coming around the other side of bed to get in bed with me. The weird thing is that this dream seemed very real, and I was surprised not to see my kid in bed with me later. I had a similar dream last weekend.

Does any of this happen to anyone else?

Any activity of a certain threshold, will be able to be seen in all of the centers. As they are all interconnected, and symbiotic on this side. As one moves, they all ripple like water. In my opinion one should focus on each ray extensively, I would advice beginning with red. Do all that one can to unblock this ray, and then move to orange, once a certain threshold of each ray has been extensively unblocked, one then can begin to feel, how they are interconnected. How orange is a portion of Yellow, and how relationships affect, and can be effected. Similar to how heart pumps, and the oxygen is brought in by the solar plexus center. All the centers are interconnected, and on this side forms a symbiotic relationship which is apart of The Unity of The One.

When my daughter was about three years old, we had a play area out front. It was a simple structure, basically a 15 by 15 square and fenced in. We had the usual swings, slides, sand box and etc, in it. Well one day about mid summer the most peculiar thing happened. My daughter caught the attention of a bee, this bee would literally do things I have never seen bees do. She could hold her finger out and it would land on her finger. If she would stand still it would land on her head.

That year we had had a very large bee problem. Where every time we were outside we were forced in because of being overran by bees. This little bee, would hover and follow my baby around, and wouldn't allow any other bee in the vicinity. I mean bees that looked just like it, and possibly its own hive! If any bee even came close it would go ram them and force them away. Protecting my daughter!

So for almost two weeks straight my daughter would go outside, and dance and play with this bee. I use to have pictures and video but alas that phone broke and is long gone.

I swear this bee would be in the play pen area waiting for us. As soon as we came out and hit the play pen, you would see this bee, and it was obviously super excited we were back. There have been a couple of peculiar instances with my daughter and other animals. This was wild and fascinating!

It was truly amazing for us, but I know that bee had had a profound experience, just as we had.

I think bees don't experience the separation like we do in veiled 3D.
So I believe they experience Unity.
