today i atleast found a quiet place to meditate after a long search on the internet~ the buddhist temple~ and although i got late and missed the group meditation session, i exchanged ideas with someone very kind lady~also her first time to go there, and now am looking forward for my next session.
there are no coincidences...
feeling excited!

I loved your beautiful country. I had a wonderful opportunity to travel there in 2013. We were in Nairobi andtravelled North and West through the Rift Valley. The countryside is beautiful, and the people were beautiful too. I hope to go back someday
