Yes, there is something mighty about the sky when black, thick clouds approaching in horizons and when lightnings start to flash. Hmmm maybe it was a lot of thunderstorms on our origin homeplanets? Tongue

It has been hard most of all cause my family was so used they didnt care anymore. I was diagnosed with bipolarity years ago. And about 3 years ago I came across a book called "the book of storms" and it saved my life at the time. I try now to pay attention more and to protect myself. Thanks to that I have sometimes helped people around me just by asking them, hey how are you? I dont tell them that I´ve sensed something wrong, dont need to. They straight tell what is wrong. And I listen. And we both feel better afterwards. I have travelled so much, especially when I was younger, and I always find myself meeting people of all ages and they tell me their stories, like really personal things. And we hang out for a while and then they are gonne. They carry on with their lives. I was very frustrated I thought I was abandoned. Now I dont mind. Most of the time they are really grateful too so it works out both ways. But I find it hard if noone comes. I become much more vulnerable to different energies, get tired and then I isolate in my house. But later or sooner somebody else will come and the circle starts again. Its ok. I feel a bit lonely sometimes but its fine.
You can check out this site and go to the coursework. There you´ll find the book of storms.

Thanks for the link, Kia! I read some of the characteristics of an empath and it fits me, too. I can relate to the "isolating in your house "part because of sensibility to all these energies.. I avoid crowds, for example. Maybe that is the reason why we all love the storms... because they distract the energies that bombard us most of the time ? And replace them with the raw and original energies of mother nature?

Hehehe, maybe we should open another thread : The weather girls Cool

As for me I like neither the cold nor the heat. My favorite temperatures are in the range from 20°C - 25°C. I am all for moderation, y'all Tongue

Kia, I feel ya! Yes autumn is def my favorite season too. The colors and the sunlight is sooo beautiful and the heat is gone (usually, there are exceptions too).
May I ask where in Spain you are located? The northern parts have moderate climate but I guess in the south the summer months must be hell.

Not with you at all there, "weather girls"! My favourite is spring because I know that the whole summer is ahead of me. I can stand the heat pretty ok and favourite temperature is between 27-33C. I hate autumn because everything around me is dying and dark, cold winter is now approaching. I freeze almost all the time, and living in a country that is the last outpost before the North Pole, makes it quite difficult to me here! The sun is too pale and never hot enough, it is too dark and cold here. And thunderstorms are rare.

norral, sorry for trashing down your thread, brother! Tongue

The Sun is bountiful where I live. There is something magical about the Sun. When I bask in its light, I feel I am in the hands of a loving father. A father who is giving off himself to feed me.

May the ONE be praised for the Sun.

Confused I totally resonate with what you say! So beautifully put Smile

Autumn is hard for me as I see the sun less and less. We've had 3 months of almost constant grey sky’s now.
I still see the beauty of the bones of trees against the endless grey of the sky,
but I so long for the light and the colours of spring, and the touch of the sun on my skin.

Yes Andy it is wonderful what a difference the sun makes... I just went out for lunch and the sun is shining. Despite the cold temperatures, my mood just went up a huuuge notch!
Thanks Norral for letting us exchange weather experiences on your thread :-)

I like them because they give me the feeling, the positive proof that I'm truly and absolutely small, that here's no chance of trying to control nothing whatsoever facing them. I like the wind and the water and the powerful sound crashing the air. That's pretty much the same feeling I experience when I'm in nature (whether mountains, valleys, rivers...). The wild electric discharges have obviously something to do with all of that. Feels good.

Wunderschöne Sprache? lol you must be kidding me. Although we in southern Germany speak with a beautiful bavarian accent. But German per se ... hm.... well I guess most would not call it exactly beautiful. Thanks nevertheless.

I suppose it just goes to prove the old adage about the "Grass is always greener on the other side of the fence". Living in a place where summer and heat reigns from May to October..and a lot of time until late November?

I'd love to live in place that changes seasons. Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer..instead of Summer and less hot. Ok..might be exaggerating. But I spent Xmas days on the beach when I lived further south...longing for snow the whole time.

    bumping an old thread- LoveBigSmile

In 2018 I feel that the catalyst or just "sheer pressure", as increased to such an tremendous amount. Feel as if I'm at a closing gateway struggling to keep it open. The pressure is truly tremendous over the past couple of months. Couple moments seemed as If it would all come tumbling down, or should have.

    How do others feel lately?

I've cleared a lot of negativity from my life. With help of my teacher, I put up an energetic barricade with crystals and lavender and other things around my home to keep out negative beings.
We saged and got rid of negative energy too.
But it feels like I've lost something. It sort of feels like I'm trapped.
But it's not a strong feeling. It will pass.

Some of these negative things I had gotten comfortable with, and no longer have them. I'm glad for that.
