Auras/Chakras/Energy Question Regarding Clearing

So following a hint, I asked and received specific frequencies for 100% optimal operation of each chakra. About 15 minutes after applying the frequencies I spent the day feeling like I did way too many uppers. The amount of energy built up inside was enormous. I wish I had the day off so I could have cleaned the whole house, garage, and worked on the yard.
