Parsons, Avocado: I'm glad to hear that both of you have heeded my Gotu Kola and Morning Glory suggestions and found benefit from their daily ingestion.
As for another excellent anxiety relieving plant, I personally recommend the encapsulated whole herb of Valerian Root which, while traditionally is renowned as a sleep aid, does wonders for inducing a long-lasting mental calm and it seems to actually inhibit the formation of any anxious trains of thought.
