essences for spiritual growth

hmm interesting experience here. i have been talking these essences. and i actually felt the pain of an oppressive person. someone i had a run in with and went off on and who i dont particularly like. and i felt their pain . hmm that doesnt really happen with me. omg dont tell me i be going all unconditional loving on myself. that cant happen ha ha. maybe i should stop taking the essences ha ha. anyway just wanted to relate what i noticed but definitely something different for me having compassion for someone who i really dont like.
