Yikes! That sounds like quite an attachment you have picked up! I can relate to the feeling of having your sexuality manipulated, but in my case it was coming from my own shadow self at a time when I refused to acknowledge it . I can share some of the things that helped me with it .

The first thing I would do in this case is a practice that I think TheEternal posted about here, where you thank the entity and politely ask that they take their energy back. And I think the key here is to be genuinely thankful, because as you say they are offering a service, showing you where some of your unexplored distortions lie and offering you a chance to explore energy body interactions.

The next thing I would do is get into a meditative state and visualize a violet flame burning at your crown. Let the flame engulf you, as this is a cleansing and transforming flame. Let this flame engulf those parts of you that you feel are corrupted and have faith that it will transform them back to their pure state. If you feel any blockages that refuse to give into the flame that is because they require your attention first, you are not ready to give them up just yet. Open yourself to the violet flame and let it cleanse you of your attachments to this entity and and karma that might have been generated.
