I never experienced the warmth sensations but the vertigo happened the first few times for me also. If I remember correctly, it has to do with your chakras being out of balance. It'll calm in time but the best way is to keep on keepin on as they say 
As far as the pulsing, I had that once where I was visualizing my light radiating out from my center where it got so intense, all I could hear was a wa wa wa wa type sound as they pulsed around me. Was quite an intense feeling that also left me a bit scared and I'm not sure exactly what it was either
I'm still fairly new also so maybe others with more experience can explain the warmth and pulsing sensations for ya
