Hi. It is my understanding that when a Soul is created by its "parent" social memory complex this Soul is indeed a pair or twins. Usually Incarnations will be so as to allow each aspect to grow and learn separately; however with the Harvest approaching many will have written into their life "blueprints" a reunion with their Twin Flame.
This, I believe is what you are referring to as "Soulmate" or one true love.
