I would not doubt this reality exists in some form. Perhaps in the inner planes? However, I think the utility of this would be a special case for certain beings who need to learn these lessons in a extreme way.
Perhaps you could create a reality like this in the future as a Logos.
Although, I think there would need to be a proper balance.
