I've been feeling like a train running off it's tracks recently. As a young male Aries I feel like I am going to explode with all this energy pulling me this way and that and yet I am stuck at work packing books into boxes for 8 hours a day. All morning I've felt this urge to toss the watercooler out the window and make a run for it like at the end of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

Totally agree with this. Totally restless! Try this meditation attached my Aries brother....it made me feel blissful this morning. It echoes something Bashar said about doing regular yogic breathing to balance the body and oxygenate the cells. Apparently we should be doing breathwork daily to keep us functioning properly.

Once you get the hang of the rhythm you can do it to your own timing in silence. This one is good because she just counts the breaths for you so you can focus on getting it right.

I never go out these days...that's probably why I'm single! But no boyfriends yet until the joy of singledom is crystalised! I want to love being single instead of feeling lonely. I'm nearly there!
However in saying that, 6yrs worth passion without an outlet has built to a staggering height! I get the message that the right man will come at the right time. I'm patient but this Aries energy has got me jangled a bit.
