who we really are
is an opening that welcomes all

nothings excluded from this invitation
it's okay to even miss the call

where you put your identification
determines what it is you will perceive

if you believe that you are this body
there will be much sorrow for you to grieve

if you believe you are this mind
then from the core of creativity conceive

if you believe you are this spirit
then keep giving as you receive

here...time and space have no influence
it is the ever-elusive encompassing ocean

when all has been said and done
the stillness loves dearly the play of motion

when one thinks one does not know

share the subtle vibes of blessing
the secret language of silence will show

the sacredness of life in plain sight
and all you had to do was stop

acknowledging the source of all light
