I am in the process of balancing the red ray and i am wondering if anybody has advice they can share on this process?
My understanding is that the feeling of sexual energy or pressure needs to be balanced with the feelings of love in the heart or green ray. The exercise i am using at the moment is very simply just that, when i have a feeling of sexual energy i focus on it for a moment then try and find loving energy in the heart or green ray centre?
I think that the simple acceptance and allowing of the energy is activating and balancing the red ray and i am rather trying to balance orange ray in terms sexual energy? The reason for this is, i feel that through masturbation i lose vital energy that should be rising up to the higher centres and i am focusing that energy on a very negative industry, thus resulting in some form of negative karma.
What do you guys think on this topic?
