I got to validate a theory, sort of taken from the Matrix movie. A country singer from work wanted me to regress him, and to also get rid of his stage fright.
He never went in to any other life, but he went to four different times in his life where he felt rejected. I was able to have him move out of the body and view the 'mechanics' of the interactions, seeing that there was never any rejection, only misunderstandings.
I asked what he had always wanted to do, and he said to sing in front of a large audience. So I gave him that experience, with a crowd so large he could not see the edges. You should have seen his grin!
Before he had gone under he wanted to know why he could not learn to play the guitar. This is where I tried my theory. I simply had him play the guitar in front a large crowd, while paying attention to how he played. He now plays the guitar. He said it makes no sense that he can do something in a dreamstate that he has never really done, then still do it after he wakes up.
He was also blown away at the different voice that spoke through him talking about him in third person. Bringin up things that he never thought were problems.
