Just got it today! It's convenient - you can use it under your feet at a desktop, as a keyboard pad, in your bed, or all of the above. The feeling of the earthing mat is exactly the same as the one I get when I stand barefoot on grass.

Alternatively, it feels similar to when I am meditating inside and focus my intent to use to connect to the Earth's grid by either accelerating energy into the feet from the Earth or sending energy out from my feet to the Earth.

I don't know or claim to know what this does, but I personally can attest to the fact that the two aforementioned methods I have experience with - energetically connecting my feet to the Earth during indoor meditations, and standing outside - seem to remove anxious, turbulent energy from me some time. Usually I use this method as a last resort when I cannot determine what inside of me is generating the energy in order to focus on on mundane tasks that need to be done without distraction.

I'll post further thoughts once I've had some experience with it.
