Multiple possible reasons:
1) errors in interpretation
2) interpreting the 'parts' but not looking at the chart(s) wholistically
3) erroneous date of birth
4) potential/probability of certain characteristics manifesting has not come to fruition, yet
5) denial (this happens sometimes!) of interpretation fitting person;s understanding of self
6) limitations in technique being used to interpret chart
