I would say the 4D Movement is about working and exercising if you will on strengthening yourself and moving toward a 4th Density mentality. For example : 3d=secrecy 4d=honesty 3d=conditional love 4d=unconditional love
It is very difficult, & a radically different way of life thus why we have to constantly immerse ourselves in this material so that it will materialize in us all.
