This is good advice, Melissa. I will practise point six tomorrow...

Well, not a special kind of thought. I'm rather focused on the other people than on myself. When I rest in myself and don't look outside, I don't experience this. Sometimes I stay outside and I don't experience it either. One way or the other, it's not so much about what I think but more where my focus/awareness is. But I will continue to observe myself...

This relates good to what I wrote above because I think the opposite - walking through a city is much worse. At least in my city, there are not so many people in public transport than on the street. And all is kind of flowing for me in the tram. So I quite seldom experience it in public transport. But I don't use it so often in general. What do you make when this happens, Realtime?

Rake, it's more a feeling of loosing my energy to others than tune into their attitudes/energies.

Ever notice that at something like a crowded music festival, everything is fine? The collective at certain gatherings is positive which creates a real vibe that is felt. It comes down to a lack of control..a whirling mess that you're not in control of.
Prescription: Life is what you make it. No shielding is needed..just spend more time in the city and learn to find beauty in your reflection. This kind of pairs well with plenum's yellow ray thread..the more you immerse yourself in a social setting, the more you learn to deal with catalyst. People who lived and grew up in urban environments are very outspoken go with the flow people. (...)
Icaro, I know what you mean with the concert. I'm initially not from the city - I come from a small village in a mountain area. What do you mean with the marked part in the text? Does it relate to the collective of the mass in the sentence before?

Good points, I will keep this in mind, thank you...
