I used to be addicted to balancing exercises - but then I discovered there is nothing more balancing than opening the heart. Open heart overrides the imbalances because the heart center tolerates opposites and is able to shuttle us beyond them, beyond duality. Transcendence happens through the heart and a lot of balancing exercises are of the mind, even the one Ra gave. It's good, too, but still. Keep your heart open and you balance with express speed.
That's a very useful idea to keep in mind - to offer love all the time to everything - a useful walking meditation.
