Unworthiness is, according to Ra, a distortion blockage that occurs in the third eye or indigo center.

It is, I believe, a little more mechanical than that. The energies of light that come in to our system as we grow and develop strengthen and amplifies each center of our body in turn. When a center is blocked by a severe distortion the circuit clearly through our system is disrupted and an unbalanced electrical current will occur within our bodies which can be seen as an amplification or "irritation" of our distortions.

So, it is not particularly feelings of unworthiness but any major blockage distortion will become more stark as more light comes in as those elements of the self will be forced to the forefront in order to be resolved.
