Thoughts on Channeling

"Authentic channeled information doesn't come through in English, Spanish, or any other language spoken on Earth. It comes through telepathically as Pure Thought, the Universal Language, and it's the channeler that translates it into English. For most channelers it seems this happens automatically, the channeler isn't even aware of it. Their brain takes the thought of a tree and turns it into the word "tree", so it appears that the Being they are channeling is communicating in their language. This works quite well to convey certain understandings, but 5D Thought is notoriously difficult to express in a language that revolves around a 3d experience. Things can very easily get mixed up, both on the part of the channeler, and on the part of the reader."

While I agree with this statement in 99% of all cases, I don't believe it is necessarily true in all cases of "channeling". For example, Ra says in the Law of One material:

"21.2 Questioner: A little appendage to this. Do you use your vocabulary or the instrument’s vocabulary to communicate with us?

Ra: I am Ra. We use the vocabulary of the language with which you are familiar. This is not the instrument’s vocabulary. However, this particular mind/body/spirit complex retains the use of a sufficiently large number of sound vibration complexes that the distinction is often without any importance."

Essentially, it is not beyond the capabilities of a higher density being to 1) know the physical language of a given culture and 2) deliberately choose the specific words from said language that they feel most accurately depict their thoughts. But I think the law of confusion prevents this to a great degree due to the necessity for non-interference. Otherwise, they may just as well materialize a physical body and just communicate through it. These beings cannot offer their own conditioning, and therefore the specificity by which they select a given word is greatly limited by the intuitive receptive abilities of the "channeler" so to say, and most don't have the requisite sensitivity to pick up on such "narrow band" or we might even say such "specific" thought transmission and subsequent translation.

The more narrow band a transmission is, the less translation is required by the channeler. Whereas a broadband transmission would be more general information, which makes up the majority of the channeling "fluff" you see in many new age circles, which amounts to a lot of talk of love and light, but nowhere near the esoteric torch-light we see in the Ra material.
