Seeing aura's all of a sudden.

If you are sending someone Light, I can understand that it might bring out some subconscious shadows within them. Usually I like to send to their higher self and have the higher self send to them, for their highest good. Well, not all the time, I have sent to people directly. One person said it felt cold when I did that. Another person thought it was stellar when I cleared his whole city.

I wasn't sending light. I was doing my best to approximate 'energy' and in a loving way, but as always taking advice from the power of the meditative state.

Sounds like you've got a talent in this area. I did once send energy to a friend to help him enjoy himself at a party and wow did he do that! That has actually worked for myself in the past as well, sometimes... It's great to remember stuff.

Perhaps I'm just not a healer in the energy sense of the word.
