Not using the sexual energy. Be it in masturbation or sexual intercourse.
My feelings are that watching pornographic videos doesn't feel like part of the pure spiritual path of balance that i am trying my best to walk. Although i accept and understand the basic needs of the body, i feel that a balance is in order. Its perhaps one of the last of what i would call major lower triad distortions i am currently working on. I feel like i can talk about it now openly and i have accepted that part of my self. Now i want to find balance.
You can totally use sexual energy outside of masturbation or sexual intercourse.
Ra talks about not overcoming desires. You can't become spiritual by following rules. It may be useful to contemplate what specifically makes you uncomfortable about watching pornographic videos. There are an infinite ways of watching porn in both unbalanced and balanced ways, so I can't really armchair your issue. Remember, a completely balanced being responds to every situation with love - but you can't follow rules to get to that state. It's only through deep self-discovery. But I think you know this already.
Good luck and happy distortion hunting brother!
p.s. I would add that for me, pure/unpure distinction was itself a judgment/condemnation distortion. There is no dirty or unpure. There is no right or wrong. All is acceptable my friend. You are the Creator experiencing itself.
