Ferreting out your unconscious tensions and intentions may be useful. How much do you really, truly desire heart-to-heart communion? The stronger you discover that to be, the more you'll find a way to make it happen.

I think the general Ra model for stimulus response is apropos. The lower centers will soak up the energy to the extent that they need it and what's left over will be offered upwards. It's up to you to discern how you can keep the lower--more selfish--centers from licking up all the juice. This line of thought returns to balance. You may find that more dependably efficacious than manipulative visualizations.
