[alchemikey]

life on earth is like a treasure hunt
precious gems and jewels are buried

the seeking process is the shovel
in our hearts the truth is carried

our culture offers ups and downs
but what i'm after is not temporary

don't build a foundation on shifting sand
the still ground of being is a sanctuary

do you know how fortunate
you are to be alive?

to experience the physical
each soul must take a dive

and that we did...we took the plunge
into the murky depths of illusion

relying on faith that we would shine
amidst the earth's rampant confusion

we accepted the challenge with open arms
to be a beacon of love and inclusion

and here we are rooted until the day
our desires of the flesh reach conclusion

so dig in my friends...enjoy the feast
in the dark choices carry much weight

lures of separation seem all to real
but please don't bite on that bait
