    Note that these associations are the opposite of the ones I proposed in the post plenum linked.

    I also assert that 20 is male and 21 is female. As far as the images go, the female figure in 21 is clearly the dominant character.

    Of course, there are many more reasons for choosing the alignments I'm endorsing, but those are more subjective in nature.

    Edited to add:
    Additionally, my meditation on the Significators paired with the Choice has resulted in a fairly firm conviction that--at least in relation to each other--the Significators are male and the Choice is female. When considered individually, I generally take these archetypes to be largely without a dominant gender.
