No, it doesn't sound like fun at all, Gemini.

    Here's one approach:
Through daily meditation, build a reserve of peace within yourself that will help you remain at peace when events like this try to knock you off balance.

When your mom screams profanities, let it be her problem and not yours. In the situations we typically encounter in our lives, no one can take away our inner peace unless we let them.

Your mom's actions are her responsibility. Your reactions to them are your responsibility, and your reactions can be fully under your control, given some practice!

Accepting her for who she is is the first step. She will not become different no mater how much you wish it were so. So rather than wishing for a different reality or resenting the one you are in, accept her as she is.

Then, when she is screaming profanities or whatever else you dislike, let it be, and focus all your attention on doing something you love and enjoy. Maybe give Loki some affection and care. Let the screaming become unimportant background noise.

Again, this takes practice and focus. But you have everything you need within yourself to succeed. Much love to you!
