    That's interesting. My understanding was scalar waves were instantaneous, like thought.

    By the way, Cygnus is estimated at about 6000 light-years from earth, meaning that a directed signal, if moving at light speed, would take about 6000 years to reach earth. A little mathematical calculation suggests that a message carried on a scalar wave would, if that estimate of speed is correct, travel from Cygnus to earth in 3.156 minutes.
